In a year I have spent on devices including shipping:

$16.00 on a 1100mah t-rex
$20.00 on fast 510 chargers
$15.00 on a 5v 2amp usb charger
$15.00 on 5v passthrough
$15.00 on 14500 batteries
$232.75 on my darwin
$40.00 on the minibox
=
$353.75

I challenge each of us to calculate what we have spent on devices.

I did not include cartos or juice in this.

I also hope that in a year and at 2 years we will revisit this thread!!

You guys are pikers, I've spent an average of $140 a month for the last 22+months.
I've had 6- carto failures(dry burning killed 5 of those) 4 batt failures(2- vgos, 2-hello 016) 3 atties quit after months of intermittent use. I've bought mods from Rocket,Tek, and Berger,Steam and Movapor have helped me with mods. I've given away more than $500 worth of vapey stuff. I have 14 eGo types in 4 sizes,6-18650 mods,8-14500 single and dual mods,4-16340 mods 3-revos(two more on the way they were $18 at litecigusa.net this weekend) over 150 cartos of various types and sizes, over a gallon of pg and vg combined, over 3-ltrs of 36 or 48 mg and 100 mg unflavored juice as well as nearly 100 bottles of flavored 12-24 mg in 10,15,20,30,50 and 60 ml sizes.

I hope the vape zombies don't find out.

Come on Rocky you only missed that by a couple of decimal points.

I might post my numbers but I think I would start crying. And I just got started.

I just got it.. You meant to move the decimal two places to the right like this? $3166.

edit - Sorry just read your post 40. heh.. great minds and all .. And dang.. Give away much? Nice of ya.. Gonna follow your lead when I can.

Well, if you count all that stuff. The swamplady and I have saved about $4000 dollars over the last 3 years (2 and a half for her).

I have no idea what I've spend but about 3 grand would be close.
(making your own mods is pretty cheap, even if you include the dollar an hour labor)

Well how is this Rocket, we will at least cut your cost in half. I am just saying for 1 person in a household. I sure can't imagine the cost for 2. Or you could just break down the cost you spend for your wife and then the cost for you. I did hear a while back you got your wife one of those boss systems. That is what about 70 bucks?

I haven't calculated the cost, but I'm sure I've spent well over a thousand. I don't have hobbies, so I don't feel bad about it and I have had a helluva good time! Especially chatting with y'all.

You'll have to go back over my past 5000 posts to see what the swamplady has gone through
Like probably a dozen 901s, 4 905s, 10 eGo 900mah, a Pigcig, a boss, and now her own pair of MiniBox mods.

Lots of the stuff still works or has been given away.
Oh, and a few flashlight mods along the way.

Thanks CC and Berger! You have no idea how NUTS they are... I'm doing much better with XL duals. They really have more flavor than the silver bullet.

I have no idea what I have spent. Bought a lot, especially in the juice area. Best purchase I made out of all them was the Infinity and dual coils.

Oh come on Ry4 you and Berger I am so eager to hear from!! You are the main 2!! I am sure you guys have an idea. I mean for a couple of people that say one device is to much money surely you 2 can enlighten us on what you 2 have spent in the last year and years to come on your devices. Juice and cartos are to not be included.

Maybe someone is starting to realize just because the ticket price is cheaper up front doesn't mean it is cheaper in the long run.

Ditto.

What is your point CC? Do you have some problem?

Purchases have included RN4081, 808s, 510s, egos/rivas, revolution, and mods.

I was including juice, cartos, and batts, in my estimate. I didn't understand. Sorry.

It is a challenge or call it, perspective.

In other words I am pretty much saying that if you buy china made junk do you end up spending more in the long run rather than if you spend 1 chunk at a time on quality.

Perspective!!!!!!

The only thing that I've purchased that I considered junk was the vgo. Everything else I've purchased have been great devices. The only one that ever had issues was the E-Power, but even with its issues, I still consider it a good device.
