| Ok, we have threads about the best deals and such and threads about companies to stay away from. But now I want to know who has the best customer service? I think a company is nothing without customer service. Even if the price is right I will not buy unless they have A+++ Customer Service. Im talking emails/questions answered within 24-48 hours, orders shipped in a timely manner, any faulty issues taken care of in a timely manner etc.... So lets see who you think has the best CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My 2 CENTS:
Puresmoker- Great Quality product, shipping is fast,
Crown7- Great product, answers emails quickly, shipping is fast, 3day.
Altsmoke-Great product, shipping is good, and good customer service.
Strictlyejuice.com-Great juice, shipping is fast, Answers questions quick.

| I've never really had a bad experience (a little anxious about my latest Chinese order) but so far no ripoffs. Any body I've ever said good things about, it all still stands.
Puff, always helps to have an upbeat post.
If Rodney's not closing shop (stock is a little low)
He has always zapped orders out to me, Tracking, followup emails checking on the product. Even little freebies

| My most recent good customer service experience is with Neusmoke. They had liquid on sale and due to an error in their system, I had to place 2 orders instead of 1 and didn't get to claim a discount on the second order. Heatzill made sure all shipping was refunded and the additional discount added and followed up to make sure I got the shipment (which was extremely fast).
Electro-Nic-Stix (Jason) always has great customer service. He encouraged me to return a 501 battery that wasn't working right for a refund even though it was way past his warranty period. Also fast delivery.
I have not had any problems with multiple orders from The Smoke Safe, Totally Wicked and JuicyLiquid, which is good basic customer service in itself, but when I had questions and needed help ordering, they all were very responsive, orders were accurate, and shipping was very fast.
I used all these sellers based on recommendations from other forum members (thank you all).

| you used EMS shipping right?
I've ordered from them and HealthCabin, and EMS (costs more) was 6 to 7 days on any order.
oh and ah um  and rotflmaoapomtic

| im only gonna list the best in my experience.
I have purchased from many vendors, and have no bad things to say about their customer service. actual service (quality control, packaging, processing times, etc.) on the other hand is a different story.
anybody can bullshit you over the phone or even better, with email. they can tell you everything is gonna be okay while the sky is falling. I am very judgmental about CS. I treat the employee like they were one of my employees. I ask too many questions, and take my frustrations out on them almost as if it were a test. Curse you middle management!
I think Mark at madvapes.com takes the win on this one. He has personaly answered each call and email I have sent him. He regorisly keeps customers updated with delays and ETAs. Always has a freebie to let me try out. He has step by step modding instructions. He doesn't gouge prices on a single item.(some sites have very cheap juice and outrageously priced kits or vice versa) Shipping and processing have always been realistic. A+
I won't waste your time with the others that have only done a few of these things to any degree of success, but have still outdone themselves. | |

| My best experiences have been with Madvapes(Mark writes back and forth and twice
has added items that We had talked about). Also James at value vapor has written asking if there was anything I'd like to see in the inventory. Both have treated me very well.

| I liked the customer service at electronicstix.com. I had an issue and he resolved it quickly. I don't know, I've only had so much experience with e-cig customer services, but yeah I think electronicstix did right by me.

| been away on a cruise...vaped all over the Islands...had people asking me what "is that thing"....LOL it was great! Just have to add...MADVAPES is wonderful! Got my order just before I left on the cruise....took my new model and my juice and was happy for the whole time! Took my "other" models with me as back up and did not even use them at all....LOVE my new 901 | |

| customer service at dietsmokes is horrible...i got ripped off and never got what i paid for and they never after a month of emails have they responded...they basically robbed me.
Best has to be VSVAPOR. my order got mixed up with someone elses and with no stalling they sent the right one and advise me to keep the wrong one. they did right by me. | |
