| I'm fairly new to e-cigs, and I've noticed that there are alot of different names for what I think I got, I have a joye 510, but when looking for a replacement atty/carts/anything else I've found dse, joye, eastmall 510's are they all the same/compatable or is there a difference that I dont know about yet. I seem to be really hard on atty's and already have to buy a new on since I've killed two of them in a month. I switched juice companies and my current and last atty has lasted me a weak so far, so hopefully it was just the juice that is killing them. Any help with this would be helpfull, thank you. |

I like this guy already!
Switch to cartos! I was killing an atty a day or two, but cartos are ~1/4 the price and last me a week or more!
Those are 'brand names' because the 510 is a very popular PV.

| Hey Goaro. Welcome to the crazy little forum here. Can't help ya too much on the atty as I don't like them. I use the cartos... as our resident atty killer above mentioned. If you have a 510, then I believe any 510 threading would fit/work, regardless of the brand. 510 is 510 as far as I am aware. |

Might be the lack of juice that is killing them.. They do not seem to appreciate running dry.

| Welcome to the forum Goaro!!
Cartos are great!! I found a great price on some joye 510 cartos. Now I have not tried them but I did just order some the other day, they should be here by the 28th. Now granted I am not using them on the same device that you are, but they are actually made for the device you are using. They are also the best price I can find for this carto. If you want to wait before ordering till I tell you how they are, I totally understand.
Here is what I just ordered that should fit a standard joye 510. http://www.shop.goodprophets.com/pro...&categoryId=34
Here are some atties from the same place. Now I have used these and use them on a daily basis and they work pretty good. http://www.shop.goodprophets.com/pro...&categoryId=14
@Ry4 goodprophets also has the best price on adapters of anywhere I can find!! |

| Hi Goaro,
2 weeks for an atty isnt all that terrible but I agree with everybody else...go to 510 cartos..its much more cost effective
check out some boge LR's (you will be amazed)...and then start looking for bigger battery units like an ego or similar type that will make it most of a day or all of one for many people
your likely hitting it harder and those boges will run hotter making for shorter draw times and more heat and vapor production..but the trade off will be battery run time..then you will be looking for a bigger battery...just the natural progression for most everybody...

| Goaro, glad to see you on "The Quest" for the best vaping experience ,shows a committment to staying away from regular smoke and ash cigarettes.
I'd wait on the LR low resistance cartos until you get a bigger battery. LR is not recommended for batteries less than 400mAh rating. EGo and clones of the eGo type
battery start at 650mAh and go up from there and should be fine on LR attys and cartos.

| Yeah, I'm thinking about getting a larger battery, maby going the screwdriver e-cig approach, though I'll have ta get the parts slowly, either that or convince my buddy to let me canabolize his fog machine that works on the same princeables for the smoking experiance I like...more smoke with a hard throat hit is what I like....brand new atty's seem to give me this, but after about 4-6 days they drop down to making a decent amount of vapor but not what they do when new. |

| Yes the ego has 510 threading. As far as the charger, it will depend on what you have. |

| Do not mix Joye 510 and Joye eGo chargers.
Might taste the same, but aren't.

| I'm still just in the "looking whats out there" stage...I currently just have a regular 510 and thats fine for my wife...but I want somethin that stays with a big vapor hit...so I'm not sure what batt I'm going to be getting, but from what I've been reading the ego seems to be my best bet for being a beginner to the e-cig world...in time I will prolly start modding my own, I've also been wondering if I should try the tank systems or stick with the carts.. |

Might taste the same, but aren't. | I was using my Joye 510 charger to charge my eGo from day 1.

However, you can use a 510 charger on an ego battery, but it will take a loooooong time to charge |

The only problem with the eGo is that when the battery goes, it's finished, unless you or a clever friend open it up and replace the battery. Still, I had two over a year. I went to a bigger, replaceable battery model.
Also, I didn't like the tanks. All the juice tasted like corn syrup to me.

Best for a noob to Not mix chargers.

I don't fool with the tanks and currently using dual coil cartos and love them. LR reg boge cartos are good as well. |

Best for a noob to Not mix chargers. | True. It did take a while to charge. About 4 hours.

But as you mentioned, I could be wrong too. |
