Nope you all are right the diameter of an ego battery is bigger then a 510 which was more analog like in size..I think a basic 510 was around 200-300 mah (not sure) or so compared to an ego which starts at 650 mah and runs up to 1000 mah depending

Cool beans. Glad my thinking was on the right track. I had the cig style 808 and RN somethings but never had the reg. 510s... when straight to the egos with their bigger batteries. All that charge time of cig style batts drove me crazy.

Generally 510s are 140mAh - 180mAh , and the mega 510s ( or 510xl, as they are also called) are 280mAh.
And yes, the ego starts at 650mAh.
All the 510s are close to a ciggie in diameter, of course the xl or mega 510 is longer.

So confusing when you first start out!! Man the mah, the 510, ego, xl, mega. Ugh!! Just simply confusing. Then once you get that down then you got to learn about the cartos and atties, ugh!

Any questions at all do not hesitate to ask no matter what kind of question it may be. I was there not to long ago and sometimes I still find it confusing. Oh and when you think you have learned all there is to learn about a few devices, no worry the developer will add something new into the mix.
