Greetings, first post from a fairly new vaper...

I've used a few now, mostly disposables, and at a head shop I tried a few of the
more common ones over the last six months. (all being cigarette form factor with
the auto switch on inhale - hey I'm a newb.)

I bought my first rechargeable unit, called an EonSmoke. I can't find much info on it, though.

If you Google, you'll find lots of info, but here at vapeatron there's no mention from searching,
and browsing the E-Cigarette Models subforum, I haven't found any reference to them.
I *think* it's a Shenzhen Kanger KR-808, but that's just a guess.

Can anyone tell me whose unit this is? And if this is a re-branded KR-808, I can use 801 cartos, correct?

The problem is, compared to the respected sites you guys love, their cartos are just insultingly pricey,
and I'm too new at this to have "favorites" yet anyway. Not only are they expensive, they are under-filled
for their advertising claim - 300 pulls? From an asthmatic goldfish, perhaps!

That appears to be an 808 model to me; unfortunately, I am inexperienced with 808 units. As to your question about inter-connectivity among units I will get back to you, or some of the fine folks here would be glad to help.

Oh yeah forgot to say welcome! Always good to have some new vapers around.

At first I was buying prefilled cartos at rediculous prices,and was almost put off buy the inconsistencies, price, flavor, etc. And for those manufactures claims, well, hahahah. I don't know how they come up with those numbers, but I think they have a three number lotto machine that the Shen Zen writers use to accurately predict the "number of mouths" the average vaper gets from one of thier cartos. Those numbers haven't changed much since the first cart systems that held 1/4 of what the cartos of today hold.

If you would like some suggestions on a couple of great carto vendors feel free to pm me. And also check out Lecig, as they have a ton of 808 stuff, and the owner is a celebrated member here.

Welcome,Bill. Hard to identify your Vaporizer model,there are a lot of different ones out there 808D-1/901(same thread different air supply) is one of the top types. Most around here use 510 models but just because there seems to be more development on that model. If you have specific questions le cig will do everything they can to get you answers. LeCig does have a big battery model that will work with the 808D-1 cartomisers.

welcome bill. yeah, though i use 510, i'd hazzard a guess that LeCig will have some info for you if no one else does lol. (hands out the obligatory straight jacket) oh and don't forget to wear your uniform at all times. if the straps are only a little tight please let one of the mods know so they can cinch them down even more

Welcome Bill!! I went to the site and it reminds me of the site where I purchased my first ecig from. No information what so ever. I actually got lucky and I was posting on the site from where I had purchased my original ecig and someone sent me a private message telling me what my cartos were. Lucky me!! Actually it was on facebook. Well just that one bit of info sent me into a googling frenzy and I eventually ended up here.

Well first off at the price for the disposables you have you could buy a nice battery and cartos. I am not saying go out and buy one tonight but do keep it in the back of your mind if the one you have is no longer satisfying or if it goes out.

Also I don't know if you are trying to find replacement cartos for your batteries or if you are just looking to maybe refill them. If you are only wanting to refill them there are a number of juices that you could use to refill those cartos. That is where I actually started I started by refilling my 4081's. Now my main batt is a 510 threading, which I am very happy with.

Good luck on finding your threading hopefully someone more experienced than myself will know and help you out!!

Welcome to the asylum Bill. Congrats on quitting smoking. I have no idea how they come up with their number of puffs. Way off unless you have about a half a second puff. I tested it once and can't remember the exact number but with around 3 sec. short puffs was around 120. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to use cartos, refilling is the way to go, reuse carto, and clean them even for more extend use.

Sorry don't know anything about that model. I did have some 808's similar looking but the battery life was way too short for me. Ended up having 3 batteries charging at once. I prefer 510 stuff but if you like the 808, LeCig has a lot of 808 stuff and larger battery models for longer life if needed. He also carries juices for refilling the cartos and usually runs a coupon for a percent off your order each month.

That is a smooth pin 808D-1. Notice the cartomizer has a notch and the battery is smooth, as long as you stick with that configuration, you can get cartos anywhere that sells them. On our site, they are labled 808D-1. Our lecig D1 equip won't work with it, however, we are currently shifting over to notched cartos so we can supply all 808D bats ...

If you getting under fills, just pop the cap off the carto and add 10 drops at a time. You should find that keeps them going for a while with no burn taste.
