Now that I've been vaping for only a month and a half I've already gotten so used to the vapor that several of my flavors don't do much for me anymore. I get plenty of flavor, but I can't feel any throat hit. I only have 2 flavors now that will give me the throat hit that I like.

I finally found a great tasting tobacco flavored liquid and I'd absolutely love it if I could only feel the vapor. I don't have the extra money right now to spend on a higher voltage e-cig, usb passthrough, or big battery mod so I was wondering if there is something cheap and easy or a simple home remedy that I could use to get a better vapor production.

I welcome all suggestions. Thanks.

PG will give you the best throat hit, but as well I would suggest trying taking a very long slow drag, then inhale. You should find it rocks your world

some say adding some alcohol to the juice helps too..I would only try this with a small amount. Use a high grade grain alcohol NOT anything like isopropyl rubbing stuff or denatured that's poisonous

Yeah I read about that technique. I have a 10 ml bottle of the tobacco flavor I like. Would maybe a drop of Everclear or Goldengrain in the bottle do it? I doubt that putting a drop of alcohol in the carto itself would be a good idea.

I just watched a video of someone taking the fiber stuffing out of their KR808 carto and just filling the area around the atomizer with liquid. He claimed that it produced better vapor. I guess I could give this a try. I have no problem wasting one of my several cartos if it doesn't work well, but I'm concerned about it leaking onto the battery connection.

If your dripping on an auto battery it will most likely ruin it..

Here's the forum where he talks about it and addresses the concern about leaking on the battery.

PGA (everclear) @ 5% ... especially with VG, but personally I'd rather vape PG.

Mess with the airflow. I recommend buying a hollow extension from MadVapes. It'll increase airflow, which gives a better throat hit.

I did this with a LeCig 808 that was getting gummed up. Although I didn't notice much difference either in the amount of vapor or flavor, it did bring a carto that was ready to be tossed back to life.

I have found couple of methods from my limited experience. One was increase your nicotine strength, the other is add a couple of drops of menthol e-liquid to it. Although the 2nd option may change the taste depending on how much you add.

Thanks for the tips. I tried taking off the little white cap on the end of the carto and used a rubber pen grip and attached it to the end. Kind of like a drip tip. This increased the air flow a little bit.

I also tried the method from the video, but it got a little messy after I forgot about it and layed it down sideways. I also got too much on the atomizer when i was filling it and I flooded it. I'll try it again later.

If you don't already, you can try direct inhaling.
It will give you that 'pinch' in the back of your throat.

Yeah, I've always smoked like that. All these things are working better for me. I can't wait till I can spend some extra money again. I'd love to buy a big battery mod. So many beautiful mods out there.

The Jazz actually modifies the airflow. It runs the 3.7v 18350 batteries and 16340 (CR123a) batteries. You'd just want to stick to lower resistance cartomizers, but it's a freaking champ.

Mike, I tried this (with my PigCig) and it just doesn't work for me. I'm having the same problem and the only thing I've found that works is to switch flavors until the same thing happens again and then switch back so I'm rotating2-3 flavors. I find if I switch on a daily basis, it works best.

Here's what has worked for me now. I popped the white cap off the end of my cartomizer.

I attached a rubber pen grip the the open mouth end of the cartomizer.

Attached my battery.

And there you have it. Plenty of vapor!

Kind of, but I'm not direct dripping. I was just looking for a way to get a better air flow. The rubber pen grip will give me some extra extension so I don't get any splash back from a freshly filled carto.

I wish there was somewhere locally where I could get a real drip tip or 2, because I hate waiting for items to ship and paying for shipping. Perhaps I can get the smoke shop that my girlfriend works at to carry some more e-cig accessories. All they carry is Smoke Everywhere brand, and No. 7 cigs and e-liquid. I should talk to her boss about better products to carry.

So even though I didn't want to spend any money I decided to order a pack of the low resistance cartomizers as well as a real drip tip. I'm hoping this will give me the best vapor with the small batteries that I have.

I'm also going to try and get my girlfriend's store to start carrying eGo products. I think that would be awesome.
