Seems that most of the inexspensive juice fom china that I have been able to try is PG and the flavors seem thin too.

I haven't been able to get what I need to mix my own, don't have the $$ to waste(invest) but have been able to adjust viscosity mixing VG into PG liquids (same nic level)and it whets my appatite to further experiment. Gotta talk my financial advisor(wife) into letting me spend a little more on my next order

I like using some dekang stuff to cut other flavors..theres an odd undertone that came with all the crappy stuff that I got used to when starting out..
Wouldn't use it by itself though...even if I had to wait

Try not to buy it. Those Chinese people put lead paint in kids toys, lead solder when they're supposed to be using tin solder, and one company was caught using anti-freeze grade Propylene Glycol in their juice. I'd stay away from the Chinese made stuff if I were you. There are lots of good US juice makers that use food grade stuff in their juice.

I am Very surprised i have not heard anyone mention Backwoods Brew
fresh made when you order price is not bad and the flavor is A+++ and American made!!
the vanilla is Great and so is the Applewood it is one of their signature blends great stuff !!
LeCig is Really good to and they sell 50 ml bottles!! I just got a vanilla and Reds the reds was a different taste but the wife loves it!!!
I have noticed a difference in throat hit with a lower ohm also I went from a 2.8-3.0 ohm Ce2 to the 2.6-2.8 and there was a big difference in TH so that might be something to try a lower ohm it does change the flavor tho at least it did for me

If your going to pay premium, my vote would be Vape the Rockies in looking for hand mixed excellence. Got some BWB (and while it is premium juice) it does not stand alone in quality. Matter of fact, this vapor person ranks it #4 overall for top shelf juice.

Forget the lesser money stuff (vaporsetc being the exception, and best bang for the buck). Spend a couple more dollars for something worth vaping. Not running anymore juice down the drain because it was a good deal. Good vendor's lesser juices are still better than bad vendor's good ones.

Done with that waste of money.

Hello Bikes

Captain Black is the description of pipe tobacco, as you know. In the beginning this vapor tried the flu cured, Virginia dried, et all....but this stuff never appealed to me and always hit the bottom shelf (or the drain). I don't care for the lame attempt at sweetness and always compared it to Dekang juice.

Cavendish nuance was first experienced through vaporsetc via the excellent Captain Jack flavor, and Ross hit this one nicely. Someone more expressive has a review on this vape.

Juice Review: Vapors Etc Captain Jack

It's about flavor/quality ingredients and pipe tobacco is not for everyone. Vape the Rockies (VTR) is bolder, while vaporsetc Captain Jack is sweeter. I stand alone or mix according to mood. Both are excellent. It's just better tobacco flavor.....period.

have tried the capt.Jack good juice and yes i have been there buying from several vendors and have plenty of juice that i could not vape I would defiantly spend more to get a good juice and so far I have had no probs at all with BB or Vaporsetc haven't tried VTR will give them a shot for my next juice order and let you all know what i think I have not found many juices that i care for I am very picky I noticed most of the ones i do not care for my wife will vape so no dumping down the drain here guess my taste buds are more sophisticated lol

Hello Lunar

I try to describe tobacco juices only, while keeping with the taste is subjective mantra. Not into many variants, so cannot speak to them at all. Who's chocolate malt is worthy of note?....I have no clue. Not been hit too hard on juices and the only reason one goes the drain is because it's not vapable (and I'd quit before having to vape it) Anyone can throw together some ingredients and come up with a flavor but I've narrowed it down to 3 or 4 vendors who take the time to do it right, while using quality ingredients. Enjoy many fruits and vegetables but describing them to someone who has never ate them could be difficult. Tobacco variants?......not as challenging and quite easy to discern. Smoked 3 different analogs flavors in 37 years and no need for 537 flavors now. Turned loose with unlimited dollars at the ice cream shop might be a different story.

Love those little plastic sample spoons........

I have been vaping just under 2 years and have tried the majority of suppliers out there. Have spent 1000's trying to find great juice. The winners by far are Backwoods Brew and a fairly new company at KickBassVapor E-Liquid both vendors make your juice to order. These are the only companies I buy juice from. Jenn

I agree I smoked for 32 years and basically smoked Marlboro and every now and then Camel,
and as far as E-juice It is usually Tobacco flavor or Vanilla I too can not get into smoking a piece of chocolate cake, some are as bad as the ice cream shop that has 500 flavors like Garlic,Liver, and Onion flavored Ice Cream,I'm all set with that I have tried a few because my wife likes different flavors like the fruity ones and she would ask me to try it .but as far as vaping all day I stick to the above mentioned, Tobacco and Vanilla, My absolute Favorite is Backwoods Brew Vanilla and their Applewood which is tobacco with a hint of apple that is about as far as i go.

In fact, many e-cigs and e-liquid are come from China with high quality, you just need to choose the right one, you can buy excellent goods with reasonable price.

Just to be fair, juice flavor is dependent on the person. That being said, I like Backwoods Brew's Applewood, Casablanca, and 555 all for there own reasons. It seems his tobacco juice is a cut above and closer to the "real" thing, and the add on flavors ( apple and smoke for the applewood, maple and vanilla for the casablanca ) are great and well blended. I have never had an issue with using any of these as an all day vape and the applewood in particular is a great evening with with a cocktail vape.

True, and if you have BWB, your in good cahoots. However, I do agree with Steampunk on the China juices. You found a very good US supplier and I will only purchase from US vendors who offer proven quality ingredients. With taste admitted as subjective......I've not tried one China juice worthy of top shelf consideration, not to mention what may (or may not) be in the bottle for ingredients.

Amen. I have thrown out more chinese juice that came with starter kits that I review than I think I have bought. I won't say they don't have their place, some people love them. But between Halo, BWB, and Johnson creek, I am well set for now.

oh and ikenvapes ry4 OMG i love that stuff, no if only he could keep it in stock for more than an hour at a time :0

There may be some business to do so, unscrupulous businessmen in other countries do not? Obviously, the Chinese economy can not rely on these things developed, most of the businesses are legitimate production. China's food safety management become more stringent.

Sorry, but if I can't trust the organic food from China, I'm going to be as scanty with my purchases of Chinese items as I can possibly be.

We came up with our US line of juice as an answer to those concerned about these issues. But truth be told, we tested the chineese (dekang) juice we have and it passed with flying colors.

I think it is the same everywhere in the world, you get unscrupulous bastards in any industry cutting corners and just down right nefarious. But I don't think it is warranted to claim anything from China is tainted or bad, they have good people and bad people just like we do here, Argentina, Africa, etc etc.

The biggest qualm I have with US consumers buying chineese products is the dollars lost from our economy. You can't buy anything these days it seems without it having a made in China stamp on it. This is great for savings, but horrible for sustainment of our society. We all can't be successful and get ahead in life working at service sector jobs like taco bell. But I digress

Even the Amish have made in China crap in their stores. We were in Bird-In-Hand,PA a few years ago. The store was Amish owned and supposedly all Amish products hand made. I picked up the cutest little napkin holder expecting to see the crafters name on the bottom, but instead saw " made in China." I was surprised to say the least. I've gotten in the habit of always checking now when I'm looking for something American made. If it's some cute whatnot, and it says China on it,i don't need or want it anymore.
I'll stick to Mike's American juices too!

I've been in several specialty type stores where stuff was suppose to be hand made only to find the "made in China" sticker on the bottom--- and not looking for hand made in China either. Nowadays it seems I can only find authentic hand made work at local arts and crafts fairs but I don't get to go to those too often.
