As a new vaping expert you may be ready to start the "home laboratory" and mix your own flavors. Vanilla is one you can add. Fruit flavors, chocolate, vanilla, are available. Flavors with tobacco squeezins in them are probably not "home-lab" compatible and I cn not find a way to home brew Red bull.

Unflavored or compatible flavors have to be bought I guess.
Read up on mixing down e-juice. Fun project for a couple, and saves money, and builds a "stash of juice".
