We have just started an E-cig business and trying to decide on a Credit Card processing merchant.

Does anyone have experience with these merchants? GOOD OR BAD

Blue Pay - have been really aggressive on getting signed up..found several complaints online but BBB rates A+

Anxious to hear from people how have use any or all of them for a while - costs, service issues..etc.

Wow... now that's resurrection Well, we've been using Merchant One as our online and now retail processor for quite some time and they've been great and really responsive on those rare occasions when we had a problem. ~~Adam

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately I just called Merchant One and was told they can only handle the transactions for card swiping - not over the internet. The account rep didn't have much idea why but said it just recently changed to this policy.
