Luckily we have only had calls in Bratt...but one of the guys had to go up around Wilmington, on THIS side of the center of town, and said the water was up to the super market on Rt 9. He had to go through Mass because 9 is closed between Bratt and Wilmington.
For those who don't know, Wilmington's "downtown" is a big "bowl", surrounded by hills on all sides... Quote:

| Just an update: Vermont is considering legislation that would prevent anyone in Vermont from shipping or receiving e-cigs and related products. Of course, if this passes, we'll effectively be shut down since it would prevent us from filling both retail and wholesale orders.
