So I've made the switch but now I think I upped my nicotine intake drastically. The convenience is almost a curse! I'm worried I'm way over what I used to smoke. I mean that with old style cigs I can see how fast I'm smoking, and exactly how many I had a certain day, now I have no idea and think I'm taking way more hits per day with e-cigs.
My plan is to go back to conventional smokes for a pack or two so I can find the average amount of hits I take a day and use that as a basis. Surely others must have done this and maybe know other good ways to keep track.
noproto, not sure if it will help, but what I've been doing is vaping 0mg juice. When I start craving something more, I load up some 24mg and puff on that until the craving goes away, then go back to the 0mg.
I still have no idea how much nicotine I'm getting in a day, but I don't worry about overdoing it anymore.
proto, the report from new Zealand, if i rem correctly says that the avg puff contains one third to one half the nic level of a reg cigarette? so im not sure if the number of puffs in a side to side comparison is a good measure???
i know i keep spare cartridges batteries and atomizers with me and shhhh,, sneak puffs in at work now n then... i use mine alot and personally? i dont think i get the same level on these. i tend to have 0-6mg with me to just to puff now n then. i use 18 alot and some 24 depends on the brand and what ecig. which why, i dont know matters... but seems to orrr i did get to much nicotine and am imagining things?
