I want to start up a local area Vaping Club to get to know other eCig users, make friends, and hang out. The problem is, what do you do to make a club like this work?

I'm afraid I'd manage to gather together half a dozen strangers, talk them all into meeting someplace unfamiliar, and then we'd all sit around the table in awkward silence.

So I figured out the first step ... find a meeting place that is eCig friendly. A coffee house or restaurant would make the most sense. Next step is to find others who would be interested in regular meet-ups. Finally, make it all happen. But that's where I'm drawing blanks.

Please share your thoughts and ideas about what a Vaping Club might offer it's members. How should the meetings go? What gimmicks might keep the members coming back?
