I find it hard to believe that a senator who is so openly against tobacco would do something like this. He really should have put more thought into his call for a ban before he sent that letter to the FDA. But it looks like someone got his ear and gave him just enough of the facts to get him to make a really bad call.

It will be nice to see him make an about face in a couple of years when all of the facts come out.
