Over on e-cig-forum a bunch of people have said they got further details from several manufacturers, and this isn't as big a deal as it sounds. Apparently it's only affecting companies that outright copied the Ruyan designs- not ones that "improved" on them.

I kinda panicked too XD But I don't think it means Ruyan gets a monopoly quite yet.

This has been going on for a while, but I guess rulings are just not getting handed out. I don't really care if they monopolize it for a while, get some consistency and accountability in place, but their prices need to come down.
