| I am really wanting to start using tobacco flavors in my vape, but there really isn't much in the way of reviews or descriptions on any of the shopping sites that offer these flavors. I know that tastes are very subjective, but having some idea of what something tastes/smells like, even if it is someone else's subjective opinion, can keep po'folks like me from having to purchase a whole lotta something that I will never use. Take the "Mellow Sunset" for example, I would have thought that would be something I would like, but after reading the description of licorice undertones, it will not be one that I try. I know that a few of you DIY'ers have tried a few of these, and I am really interested in your opinions on the following tobacco flavorings. And I also thought that having a neat comprehensive guide would be nice for others that might be looking for the same information, without having to search for days to find what they were looking for.
I got the descriptions below from happyvaper, but as you can see there are a few holes. If you have tried any of these flavors, or any others for that matter, please post and I will add it to the list.
Thanks in advance for any input! FlavourArt Dark Vapure: This flavor resembles the taste of strong, dark tobacco, long lasting and sharp with dark cocoa nuances. Mellow Sunset: This flavor is a mellower than the Dark Vapure, with a gentle flavor and a light licorice undertone. Burley: This flavor is rich and smooth, with delicate floral notes. Virginia: Mild, light, and aromatic. Latakia: The flavor of tobacco leaves, gently cured and oak wood fire smoked. Desert Ship Blend: The rich and smooth notes of Turkish tobacco, with a pleasant, flavorful background. Perique Black: The strongest and darkest. Harsh and probably the most similar to the real cigarette smoke. Can be used to impart strong notes to aromatic tobacco flavor. Cuban Supreme: The finest. A palatial tobacco flavor, fragrant, with complex nuances. Cowboy Blend: Shade: Camel Ultimate: Cowboy Ultimate: Hypnotic Mist: Complex and intriguing, sweet but gentle. Golden Amber: Warm and smooth, with a hint of fresh fruit and a delicate sourness in the aftertaste Zen Garden: 7 Leaves: Smelled as such it delivers a nice dry and radiant note, with light undertone of dried leaves, woody nuances and a spicy touch. When vaped it keeps its promises and offers a delicate and light taste, for a pleasant vape experience. Tuscan Reserve: This flavor developed with Toscano as target, offers a nice, smooth and delicate cigar flavor with a hint of charcoal smokiness in the background. An excellent vape after a robust dinner. Royal: A very good balanced woody, clean and fresh flavor. Oriental: Flavor West American Tobacco- USA Blend:

| Haven't tried any of the Flavor West, sorry.
My favorite atm is TPA's DK, after JJ's recommendation.
Nice, rich, nutty tobacco that I use as a base for a lot of my vapes now.
On the Flavour Arts, CC has been trying a bunch lately and I'm sure she'll let you know as soon as she sees this.
The ones I've tried are:
Royal: strong pipe tobacco flavor. Not an everyday vape for me, but a nice change of pace from time to time.
Golden Amber: reminds me of a pipe/cigar type tobacco with a whiskey/brandy undertone. Ditto to the above.
Hypnotic Mist: I wouldn't call this a tobacco at all, and the flavor is too complex to try and describe from memory. A definite must try though.
Oriental: FA's (failed imo) attempt at RY4. Another that I wouldn't consider a tobacco. Not one I like to vape on it's own, but mixes well with some other flavors so it's not a total loss. |

The basis for most of my mixtures is Vermont Vapor Tobacco. I have yet to find a tobacco flavor that tastes as good as this one. Bear in mind, it is MADE from tobacco! It tastes like a smooth Cuban cigar, or Turkish tobacco. It's the first thing I put in my mies, and the biggest ingredient in the mixture I made up that tastes like a real ciggie (YUCK!)
You can also get tobacco flavoring from them, but it is not the same as the flavoring they use in their tobacco juice. Haven't tried it, but judging from everything else I have gotten from them, if they say it tastes like tobacco, it probably does!
"tobacco juice"...sounds YUMMY!!

Under any circumstance. Just one of those things I don't have the taste for. I also don't like crustaceans, cottage cheese, or alfredo sauce. Blech. |

If you don't consider Oriental a tobacco, what is it in your opinion? Is it more caramel-vanilla, or something just entirely off? |

I was planning on making my own version of that, among others, but I just cannot bear to spend 12 on 30mLs of something that is a crap-shoot. Especially when I can get the flavors for the same amount of money, but not be tied to just one flavor if I don't care for it. I also liked the sound of the Fire cured mixed with english toffee, but same problem, don't want to get a crapload of it and not like it. |

When I ran out a few months back, I didn't buy anymore as I got tired of it clogging cartos inside of 2 days. Tastes good but is a carto killer. I had sent some to Rez and he didn't care for it, so it might be one of those you either like or don't like. |

| Have any of you ever dealt with Vapure? They have Flavorwest, Capella, Lorann's and TPA for a good price. And they are also having a huge VG pre-mix sale. Not trying to shill or anything, I've never tried them, but thier prices right now are pretty hard to beat. Just wondering if it is too good to be true and thier juices taste like a$$....... |

| I still have an unopened bottle of Honey Nut tobacco Kali..I could send you a sample if you like...but like RY says...total carto killer..which is kinda odd..their 555 has a mild sort of similarity and is just as dark but isn't a killer..as I recall it was west coast tobacco...sort of a mild honey overtone to it with minor floral taste but not bad at all...but remember your talking to a zombie tongue and it was triple flavorings..I just ran out of my minthol and pulled that out this morning.. Just PM if you want to try it but kiss that carto good bye....

I got some 36mg Cotton Candy from vaporrenu with triple flavor about a week after I joined Vapeatron, and I just ran out of it about a week ago. I basically used it as a base for the flavor and added VG and nic to turn it into some fantastic 30mg 80VG/20PG. i turned 30mLs into 60mLs |

| Kali I have tried tuscan reserve, cuban, dark vapure, and desert ship.
I will start off with the dark vapure. The taste was nothing like what I thought it was going to be. It is STRONG. I had read where it was suppose to have hints of cocoa. Well I might of been impatient and I might of not of let that flavor steep out. Though the best way I can describe dark vapure is actually take a cigarette cut it in half unwrap the tobacco and stick the tobacco in your mouth. Then add some not nearly ripe tobacco in and you have dark vapure. That might be a horrible description but that is what I get from it.
Desert ship do the same above and just dilute it by 10%.
Like I said I might of not of let them steep long enough. So don't quote me on either of those. Both seem to be bitter green earthy tobacco vapes. I soooo get the tobacco though. Not one sweet kick to either of them and I do not detect caramel in either also.
Tuscan reserve, since you are a menthol smoker this one may be right up your alley. Tuscan reserve totally reminds me of a menthol cigarette. I sent some to berger he said it was weak, which I agreed. I bumped the percentage up and I still get a minty menthol taste. Now once again don't quote me on that cause I was not a menthol smoker. The tuscan reserve was noted to be a good vape after a hearty meal. Well to me that is a vague but accurate description. It is a palette cleanser vape, that leaves your mouth minty fresh.
Cuban is my absolute favorite. At first I could not find anything to mix with it but I finally not only mix up just cuban by itself but I also use it in my blueberry tobacco. I love it!! It is a must have and when I go to reorder my bigger flavorings of flavour arts from ecigexpress I will be ordering the 30ml. It is a must have in my diy kit!! It is not sweet, not cedar, not caramel. Just a light cigar finish!!
I haven't tried any of the flavor west.

| Hi, Kali. Mixed Vaperrenu Honey Nut Tobacco at 20% at 11mg strength. knowing that all things are relative, I'm using a clearomizer xl ce2 cartridge at about 1.5 ml per day. On my 3rd day and still getting decent output. Like it better than Vaperrenu's 555, but the 555 seems to be good with other flavoring added like butterscotch from FlavorArt.
Tried both 555 and honeynut on the recommendation of Ry and Berger. |

Also a big fan of FlavorArt peach and Vaporrenu Black Cherry but in small amounts.

| Would also like to mention that I use eJuice Me Up for calculation. Available for free on the web and comes with about 50 recipe files, but you can save your own.
I always use the ml measurements. The drops method of measurement varies between droppers, drips on bottles and my inability to count over 10 consistently. Use a syringe with the flexible needle for all measurements except the pg. Pg I measure using a plastic pipette.
Again, thanks to Ry4 and Berger for the tobacco suggestions. |

Again, thanks to Ry4 and Berger for the tobacco suggestions. | Off topic but the loranns dropper, 20 drops are 1ml. I also measured from a random dropper bottle, 20 drops equaled 0.7ml.
I picked up the loranns droppers on the cheap. I want to say like 50 cents or 75 cents for 1.
I use syringes when mixing anything over 10ml but for anything less, loranns dropper!! |

| CC,
Noticed the difference initially with Totally Wicked platinum ice with a perfect 20 drops to bottom of meniscus for 1ml. Everything else seemed to vary. I get a syringe with 2 plastic tips for filling with every 5 pack of clearomizers. Pull the plunger all the way out, bend the cheap plastic tip and fill to precise level. Align with mixing bottle and let her rip. Normally make 5 to 10 ml at a time. Have used up all of my premixed stuff, so just using flavoring/nic/vg/pg. Using 7 different flavors at this point and mix things up on occasion, just for some variance.
Current supply:Vanilla, Black Cherry, Peach, Butterscotch, Very Vanilla, 555 and Honeynut Tobacco.
Cost from 3/13/11 to 7/31/11 979.18
Cost from 8/1/11 to 10/4/11 is 41.64.
Supplies on hand: All the above flavors with at least 20ml each remaining
50ml of 50mg/ml nic juice
40ml pg and 500ml vg
8 unused clearomizers, 3 unused lecig xl cartomizers
2 pigcigs
Ordering a third pigcig, just to have one on hand
Ordering 5 boxes of 5 clearomizer xl's
The first 4 months were mistakes, batteries, trial and error. The last 2 months are really amazing cost-wise. At $6.50 a pack at 1.25 packs a day, I'm still way ahead of the game. The last 2 months...WOW. And plenty left to make. Use one clearomizer every 5 days at 1.5 ml per day.
As others will attest, I not only go off topic, but tend to be a bit verbose.

| Dear me you have done better than me Creote. I have no earthly idea how much I have spent. I know since mid june I have given up over 2500 analogs. So even with my splurges I have still come out ahead.
Loranns concentrated: english toffee, butter, cotton candy, blueberry, apricot, choclate, maple, caramel, pecan, pineapple, coconut, coffee.
Loranns ice cream flavors: white cake, mocha, chocolate fudge.
Tpa: brown sugar, blueberry extra, hazelnut, cheesecake, english toffee, caramel, chocolate.
Flavour arts: cuban, tuscan reserve, dark vapure, desert ship, strawberry, peach, torrene, tiriamisu, chococolate, cocoa, vienna cream, fresh cream, catalan cream, bilberry, cookie, lychee, nut mix, banana, butterscotch, caramel, cherry, vanilla tahiti, vanilla classic, vanilla bourbon, honey, irish cream, licorice.
I haven't tried any other flavorings but I am always open to suggestions!! |

Just ordered more clearomizers, and ended up getting 2 more pigcigs (900mah) instead of just one. 13% discount with Mike's monthly code. Love having spares. |
