I believe these are differences in the battery design on the Smoore M401, not a faulty vs. un-faulty situation.

I have sent word to Smoore/AbsolutelyEcigs, if they confirm the "short" cut off time one is faulty, I'll remove these videos as they wouldn't be accurate of their product.

Basically, it seems the "short one" is how people explained them at first, and the "long one" is similar to how Puresmoker described their "Pilot" model of it.

My personal method of e-smoking doesn't allow me to fully enjoy the "short one" due to the cut off time. I take several long deep inhales in a row. I get the cut off/cool down for 30 seconds situation almost every inhale, which is annoying.

Keep in mind, when the "long one" is working, its great. Vapor good, hit much better than 901, and consistent. The M401 is a damn good e-cigarette with that battery.

For those trying to understand whats going on here, look in the middle of the screen at the light green LED. See how it cuts out in the first one, and you can hear me puffing with no light up from there forward. In the second one, see how it lights up over and over with rapid puffing. I smoked it dry, so vapor dies off, but thats a normal thing.

Okay, In this video, the guy is rinsing out the cartridge stuffing.

I saw a video of a girl in Hawaii putting fresh cartridge stuffing in!
She used Fluval aquarium filter material, comes in a box of about five, she cuts it to size and has fresh every time. She did this on the video and then smoked it.
Said it was better tasting than re-use of the old stuffing.
I'm going to try it, having had aquariums (and the materials to maintain them) for years, I think it will work well.
I'll let you know!

Yes, I am.
Ouch! My arm hurts, I must've twisted it patting myself on the back.
Oh, well I can still vape with the other arm

I tried the fluval in the gogo carts where its easily replaceable...the filler is really too porous to work correctly IMHO..the density of that stuff doesn't really hold the fluid as well as the standard filler material does..too much juice has a tendency to run by gravity

What if you wrapped it more tightly?
(She seemed to do well with it.)
The filling I have in my cartridges is VERY porous and the quantity is sparse to barely there. I cannot imagine it being more porous than that!
Let me see if I bookmarked the link. BRB

I'm currently so tired that I am not wrapped tightly either!

I tried a few different types of similar materials (just about everything I could get my hands on) including several tea bag materials and have found nothing that works as good as a fresh carto..

note - Bought my first fresh, empty one a few days ago. Got to try my very first clean fill yesterday. Boy howdy!.. That is schaweet. Grabbed a five different types from MV.. just cheapies but they all kick bootie. LUVIN the vape now.

ROTF - not exacly.. Just as bad.... I'm still laughing.. it hurts.

OK.. I had purchased quite a few pen styles and the refills from the local quickie mart. And well yeh.. Reusing the hell out of them. They had all pretty much had it.. Most have had the filler removed and was dripping them. What a fooking hassle. So I finally saved up a little stash and made a small order from MV.. Of course most of it was 510 connectors, regulators, resistors, caps, boxes, etc. I did treat myself to 5 different carts and a cheap tip. Now I am mucho happy with it. Grabbed 1 big & 1 small DC clearomizer, 1 DC SS carto and two smaller ones 2.0 and 3.2. All for "testing" purposes" Found out the "french pipe" juice I just made was actually pretty kick aZZ. IIDSSM

Can just see me standing by the front door of the store... "Hey man.. Got a carto? Thx bro! Uhh.. ya got a battery charger I can borrow to?"

LOL! Hey, that day may come.... always have some back ups to share Had the lady that took my vitals in the ER today ask me about it and gave her Berger's handy dandy brochure. Had a new carto so I let her try and she really liked it. Maybe she will make a purchase from one of the suppliers and become a vaper.

Have settled on the XL clearomizer and use 1 a week. Got 25 of them for 58.25. Every Wednesday I get to treat myself to a fresh carto. Could go longer but I am nothing if not self indulgent. (it was my 3rd varied order from them, so they threw in an extra pack of 5 instead of the usual sample juices) Over a 6 month supply. Sweet.

Nice.. I am not sure which I like best yet. The small 2 ohm seems like a good one but gets hot real fast if taking a few hits in a row. The big CE already seems like it is producing less but I did just throw a 3.7 box together with a single 14500 so it needs a lil bigger bat or bumpin up to 5v. Really not complaining it does work just dandy especially considering the carto is longer than the mod

The clearomizers had a lot of leak problems that seem to have been mostly corrected with the latest iteration. Love knowing how much juice is left. The syringe fill is a bit of a pain but a fill up gets me through most of a day. Top up before I leave the house, fresh charged battery and no fears of running out. Life is good.
