hey everyone, thought I'd chime in after reading all these post. it might be a little outdated but,
the reason why these people on the phone are such good liars is because they probably didn't think they were lying. Many larger companys outsource their customer service to these call centers and are given scripts and frequently asked questions. Sometimes it is pure ignorance on the matter and the rep doesn't want to ask their boss the right answer so they just assume the wrong thing, and sometimes companys tell the call centers to say something completely different than how the company actual works.
I think SE and these other high priced e-cig sellers know they have poor quality control and so they try to get as much out of each person from the beginning because they know they wont come back.
JJ it seems every week I come across another china site with their own 510 models. those damn l2s have made me too paranoid to try any of them out though.
Isn't SE the company that is fighting the FDA? if you were ripped off, think of it as a charitable contribution for the fight against the banning of PVs if it will help you sleep at night.
check the BBB rating. See how they have resolved any similar complaints. If they havn't even bothered to address issues, the BBB is a waste of time. If they have, then they actually care about that rating, and it may be the timelyest return of your money.
