| here is the completed parallel 18650 3.7 volt alu-minium box mod, this time with an LED.
I'll post some in process construction photos, and if it blows up, some post-processed photos 
Again, I used the 2 fet controller board, modified clicky switch, a cut down eGo front connector epoxied and held in with a cone. A pair of 18650 tabbed, unprotected cells power this thing. I included a high intensity, 6 degree spot, green LED (2.6 - 2.8 volt) but instead of the recommended 470 to 610 ohm resistor, I used 120 ohms (for effect). It's passing less than 20 ma at full charge and doubles as a small flashlight.
Ask questions if you are interested in building something like this, otherwise read and look at the pictures

I suggest starting construction with mounting the atty connector first. I assembled this one in the order that parts were received Mounting atty and charge connectors
Several ways to cut down the ego connector. I attached a dead 510 carto, chucked it up in a drill and cut it with a hack saw blade. Then smoothed the edge with a little sandpaper.
I made a 7/16 hole in the box then reamed it out so the cut down ego connector just fit. Then epoxied around it. Don't epoxy the cone on. I removed the center pin and insulator to solder the leads. The combination of the cut down connector, epoxy, and the cone on the outside seems to be very strong. Would probably be easy to do with a plastic box but you will have to stick with cartomizers that work with an ego with the cone on. Large diameter cartos will not fit unless you modify the cone. Cone atties will not work because the case thickness prevents proper contact with the center pin. The charge connector can be just about anything that fits the charger (must be a Li-ion 4.2 volt charger, not a 5 volt USB supply). I used a 401 to 510 adapter (pushed in from inside and epoxied). A 510 connector could be used and installed almost flush but most eGo chargers will need some plastic trimmed (hack saw blade) to fit a flush connector. The next one will probably have a flush charge connector so the box will stand on end. Wiring:
I used small gauge wiring (from an old mouse cord that also donated the insulated sleeve) for:
the B+ sense lead from the controller board to the battery + straps,
and from the P- lead to the charge connector shell,
and from the switch NC contact to the charge center pin,
but heavier wires (18 ga solid) for the current path that has to handle atty current:
from Battery negative to B- on board,
from P- on board to atty shell,
from battery + to switch common,
from switch N.O. contact to atty center pin.
and this is the charger (cheaper if you buy 10) I got from HG/China
I wonder if the ma output is correct. You would need to add a USB extension to use it as a pass through with the Parallel BM but the cord only passes charging current, not the much higher vaping current.
We'll have to wait and see if it charges these boxes faster than a 250ma charger.

| The roller is almost flush. The hole is dished out. Will not activate if laid down on the table.
BTW, the 20ma running through the LED cuts into the efficiency by 1 %.
Guess I can live with that

| Just in case someone does want to build this Hygiene Aid, I'll post a few more construction photos (for BM#2) before this thread squirts on past 1000 posts
eGo connector cut down and notched (for neg lead), and a plain 510 connector for the charge end. Ready for epoxy. Don't forget to remove center pins and insulators prior to soldering.
Wire soldered to connectors and epoxied in place.

| Now have the switch epoxied in and the chamfer cut in the cover for the switch access hole and the epoxy LED window poured and cured. A coating of epoxy in the corners.
Went ahead and soldered the batteries into BM2. The big colored button switches have a niffy black grommet under the button, had a broken switch, remembered the grommet. Just have the LED and resistor to go. Test vaping it now
EDIT: BM1 is on charge as of 7:35pm, about 24 hrs lapsed time with a Dual Coil. Should be ready to go in the morning
Don't know how long it took but BM1 and BM2 were charged when I got up. The 420ma eGo charger does fine with these.

| Other than putting in the LED in BM#2 (but I've covered that in the first one) it is done. With the flush mounted 510 connector for the charging port it will stand on end. The mah capacity is probably (guessing cell ratings a tad exaggerated) about 30% higher than the 26650 mods. That's still about 30 little mini e-cigs
Looks like I have found my newest favorite mod.

| Well, maybe just one more. The eGo Mega Carto (the plastic one) can be trimmed down about 0.030" and make contact with this cut down eGo connector. Fine tune the trim for proper alignment.
