Our Eastmall 1100 mAh R2 RiVas are 14mm in diameter. As far as the voltage please refer to Cyberwolf's review and test results at VapingGuides.com. From what I understand, there is a revision 2 (3.7V with a normal atomizer and supposedly 4.2V off a fresh charge) of the RiVa and you can tell the difference by pressing the manual button and looking inside the thread. You will notice that the R2 RiVas have a ring on the inside of the thread that will also light up slightly blue like the button. Anyhow I hope this answers your question!
