| I've heard that blanks can be filled 5 or 6 times.
I have the whistle type blank and the pen style blank. I can't get vapor from either one after the third fill, and sometimes not after the second fill.
Is this normal? Is there a solution?

| kadijah,
no not normal, I fill like maybe 50 times before the fiber stuff is too scrunched up.
But I am a slob.
Maybe not full? Too full and you get liquid in your month. Try one too full, vape it down to just full. Maybe take filler out and wash. if thick with old stuff might not wick properly.

| How are you re-filling them?
When they stop producing vapor, is it a gradual thing, or is it that after filling it, it just doesn't vape any more?

| Just went to Petco and picked up a 6 pack of Fluval water polishing pads. I packed my m-401 cartridges and blamo! This stuff should get its own symbol on the perodic table of elements. Holds 2 more drops of juice and wicks like crazy. If 100% fiber poly fill had an ass, it would be completely kicked by Fluval. |

| Oh, and Rocket,
You will love this. Dramatically reduced smoldering plastic mop bucket. |

| When they stop vaping it's pretty sudden. I get the idea then that the cart is empty. So I refill it, and no vapor. I'm thinking that it may be the batt and not the cart. I'm vaping on a cart now that has been filled 3 times, but I changed the batt when I refilled the cart.

| Might want to try a Pyramid Tea Bag (PTB).
16 to 19 drops average on a 510 cart refill. No "smoldering plastic mop bucket" taste either.
Last a long time with quick rinse.
Just a FYI!

| Stehle,
Have you tried a PTB mod on a 400 series? I would like to know if that works. |

I have tried the 400 series and many different model's cartridges and though I've seen increased fluid capacities, the increased/enhanced vaping (draw & flavor) have not been as pronounced or significant as the 510 has.
Initial tests others and I have done on the Dse084 (s mallest cart we could find) have made it vape / last longer (hours of vaping the one same cart), but no additional vaping enhancements were evident. ( In other words, it vaped light draw, smooth and flavorful, but it already did that!)
( All tests have been conducted with pass-thru's & Duracell Portable Power Mini (Battery USB)
Different PTB methods yield different results. You may want to give them a try drdave & please let us know your results.

| Stehle, Does the PTB mod help at all with a leaky 510? I don't like taking this thing out with me because it leaks too much. I love everything else about the 510 except the mess. If I sit it down on the counter I can come back in 30 mins. to a nice puddle under it. Also, is Pyramid the brand of tea or is it the shape of the bag? |

It is a Lipton brand pyramid shaped tea bag. It has to be the nylon pyramid to work as I mentioned.
Watch the video I posted, read the threads and experience it for yourself.
Hey, for a little over 3 bucks cost ( less than a pack of analogs), just try it.
Please report your findings for everyone to learn from.
It can be quite enlightening experience. ( Trust me.)

| Do you have a picture of the box the tea comes in? I know I'm being a PITA, but I bought some lipton tea and the bags just seem like paper to me. This is type I have: LIPTON Black Tea - 100% Natural with Flavonoid Antioxidants |
