Of course, you can see how many vapers are outraged by the implications and see the article as bad publicity if not misinformation.

But the sad reality is that this article is factual and is of great interest not only to the FDA, but the DEA and other agencies as well.

I get people asking me all the time if they can put other "stuff" in the carts.

There are enough other products available on the web that the FDA should be looking into.

Only those of us "in the know" what this article ISN'T saying, but merely implying, know that this article is factual either by prior knowledge or by alchemical education.

Even one of the bloggers posted the reality of such a devise:

But the implications of this article go FAR beyond what most people can begin to dream up, let alone prove with documented evidence or statistics....as none exist or rather haven't been openly published....yet!

It's facts like these that will make likely future regulation nearly impossible to control considering a tincture's wide applications and have it be virtually undetectable.

Hence a very likely all out ban.....its only a matter of time.

And those of you that KNOW what I'm talking about (Wiz & Others) know this to be true, when you seriously sit down and think about it.

This is ridiculous. There is no Electronic Cigarette that administers Marijuana. Cannabis/ Marijuana must be heated to atleast 190 degrees Celsius in order to release the therapeutic oils. Electronic cigarettes do not heat anywhere near that.

I think the author is confusing Herbal Vaporisers for Medical Marijuana and Electronic Cigarettes. They are 2 completely different things and should not be confused

however Im sure the FDA is going to use any means necessary to justify their (meaning big pharmas) campaign and have already shown a propensity to cloud the facts enough to cast dispersions on e-cig irregardless.

But let me ask you this..do you know anybody first hand who has actually done what they saying?
Like Steam said there are already plenty of other vaporizer units that are not ecigs in the market place that work with unrefined material...(I could easily produce several links to show)...so why? Those portable butane hot air vaporizers already can be used in the same manner without any solvent extraction processes that would reduce the potency as well as severely limit the smell involved and produce no smoke either. The federalies haven't banned them and their end use is way more obvious. I guess the devices themselves are not illegal..only the act of using them to administer illicit drugs is.
Even if using ecigs with the "tincture" as they allude to would work I bet its effectiveness would be at best extremely reduced and considering the cost of illegal drugs it makes little sense on an economic scale.

I have heard that there is liquid pharmaceutical grade THC that the medical field uses. IDK but just guessing that once the extraction process from the plant it seems it would be easy to use in the E-Cig.

I got to stop, I am fuming...Makes me want to break into the 401 and stock up and hoard all I can. Frickin Goverment!

People are stupid. Next thing you know they will start smoking weed by rolling it in cigarette papers and make them look like legal cigarettes. Just to try and fool the authorities.

What a load of horse crap. Everything that is made for tobacco use is also utilized by pot heads. I don't see the gov. doing anything to cut money from lining their pockets.

Yes, I do.

And it's just the opposite, Berg...it INCREASES the potency significantly because the drug doesn't burn. Its dissolved into PG and then vaporizes.

So let's say someone has an ounce a creates a tincture using that ounce. What would normally last a heavy user a couple of weeks, will now last 10 times longer in a tincture.

But that's not where this whole idea gets "bad"....its everything else that can be made into a tincture and have it be virtually undetectable.

Now take that knowledge and give to "bad people".....by publishing it openly.

Imagine cartels getting a hold of that knowledge and importing barrels of laced PG or VG and not having any difficulties whatsoever.....Not to mention selling it.

This is was I'm evading being specific, cuz like Rocket says, people are STUPID!
