| Any idea what this new Obama Care public health care policy is going to mean for e-cigarettes?

| Exactly. If anyone figures out we're not being taxed the glory days are over. If big Tobacco gets interested the Gov will be right behind.
Ever notice how the FDA is trying to shut us down, but half of all adds on TV are for lawyers who want to sue for medicines they did approve? TAX and regulate is what the government has become all about.

| when health care goes bankrupt, they will say it is caused by people who inflict health conditions on themselves. (smokers, drinkers, overeaters?) They will put a health care tax on these items that will go up and up and will bankrupt bars and resturants because their patrons can not afford to spend as much becaue of the tax.
I agree with bikes. If the FDA is the approver, they should also be held accountable. They should only be responsible for investigating the facts about food and drugs, and not banning them. that should be up to the people to decide once presented with these facts. | |

| We need a source of nicotine NOT from tobacco....separate it completely from the tobacco industry...that's the ticket!

| You're pretty smart,yah? Tomato and potato plants are in the same family and both contain nicotine but at a lower level than nicotine in tobacco which I'm sure has been "optimised for our benefit". Then when the overlords decide that We can't have nic juice if it is made from Tobacco, we'll find out the entire Congress, Senate and White house have major holdings in Hunt foods and Ore-Ida.
