I suggest reading about each of the ingredients you mentioned: Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, and Nicotine.

Wiki has a little article on each, and there is a thread in the DIY section of this forum about mixing e-juice. ooooh and E-JUICE SAFETY there's a thread in here on that also.

Lots of good info, some not so good info, a little crap, but mostly good stuff
Just don't get PG and VG mixed up with DEG, EG, PEG, Oh Geez, or the BeeGees.

Me too,

I cut PG juice with some VG, and cut VG juice with PG when I mix down.
Plenty of info in the DIY juice mixing threads.

I also cut my Beegees with a little Newton, Juice .

I am pretty sure that my liquids are cut 50/50 with VG/PG... Next question... IS THE PG the NICOTINE??? I know what VG is, so next concern is PG. thanks

PG or VG can be mixed with the nicotine ... depends really on the creator. I buy PG mixed with nic at 75mg up to 300mg and mix down with VG for my own personal creations, I find this to work well.

Ok, where do you find 75-300 mg PG??? Is the PG you buy flavored, or do you add it, and if you add it, where do yo u get the flavor from???

Please complete your reading on the various ingredients that go into e-juice before considering 75-300mg juice.
I do not want to sound rude, but from the comments it does not sound like you are ready to mix poisons (not quite yet anyway).

Not really considering buying it, however, I didnt know it existed in such a high content!!! I buy 24mg, 36mg, and even 48mg, and its so expensive, I was just wondering how much I would spend to make my own. Matter of fact, because of my schedule, I dont really have time to tinker like that.. but, It peaks my curiosity when it comes to my hard earned money!!! thanks for the concern, wouldnt want to kill myself trying to keep FROM killing myself

OK, on the fly here:

Go to VtVapor.com and find a bottle (no need to buy just for the test) of some flavor that you like.

Go to myfreedomsmokes.com and find a bottle of some other flavor that you like.

Hopefully the two flavors you picked are compatible with each other because we will pour both into one bigger bottle. You pick the size and strength from each website and do a "make believe" mix.

Shake up the mix (make believe) and tell me how many milligrams of nicotine you bought, and what the strength in mg per ml (mg/ml) is of your mix.

Then, how many super-mini carts filled with that mixture contains a lethal dose of nicotine for an average person.

Too much nic in the system isn't fun. I ordered 12 little bottles once to try out different flavors and just had to try them all in the same evening. When something is really good I have a problem with not overdoing it. I can't eat one chip, I've got to have the whole bag, I can't have a bowl of ice cream I've got to have the whole carton, if a pretty girl hugs me I want to......

Kidding. If you aren't sure about mixing e-juice, what strength level you should start on, contact a reputable dealer. Sure, they want to sell juice, but they aren't going to intentionally mislead you. The juice folks mentioned in this forum are pretty honest.

Just some general things to think about, no need to bother with TESTS:
Juice strength is an abbreviated way of indicating the strength of the nicotine contained in the liquid. The mg/ml represents the number of milligrams of nicotine in each/any milliliter of juice. 24mg/ml is 24 mg of nicotine in each of the milliliters in a 30 milliliter bottle. THe whole bottle has 30 times 24 milligrams of nicotine in it. That's 720 milligrams of nicotine. That is more than enough to kill. Next time you open the fridge count those bottles, because if one of the kids took one of the pretty bottles to school, you would be in deep doodoo.

The previously mentioned 300mg liquid has 300mg of nicotine in every milliliter.
