| Been following some interesting threads. Battery mods are fun but they only address one issue.
One thing that seems to plague all of us is the pain of constant topping off to maintain a constant vape.
This first approach is quite novel. It started with this, basically feeding juice into the the bottom hole of the atty.
It has progressed to this. The E-Pipe Juice Machine - E-Cigarette Forum
The second approach is also quite novel, although the author is quite secretive about how it works other than to say it's like a carburetor. This one increases the capacity and makes re-filling easier. I can't quite figure out how it works. Dream PV's - E-Cigarette Forum
These types seem quite simple to duplicate.
A noble goal. |

| That's looking awfully good as I sit here covered in nicjuice from all my refilling of carts while typing...ugh...major PITA!
But, thanks to you, I got the flavor additives in and touched up all my yummy flavors and they all taste awesome now! I just needed some sweet juice and some Kosher VG to make these delish!

| Great post JJ
never even seen the last two before now.
I liked the claim of the juice box's long life attys, and the customizations he had available, but carlos must have been swamped, since he isn't accepting any more orders last I checked. (waiting for one was the reason I didn't buy the 905 mod) that first design actually makes it able to replace your own attys with ease while using the same concept of the juicebox system.
That carburator looks pretty sick indeed especially when combined with the tornado? bats.
At first I though the last one would be a bad idea, because you would have to mod all your carts, before I realized, you dont need any carts with a juice feeder lol.
After thinking it over, I thought I had a cool idea when I hit reply, and now it just doesn't work and makes my head hurt.
maybe it will come to me in a dream |

| Very nice post JJ. I have been following the Epipe on ECF, and think it has come along way. I am hoping that maybe in a few months i might be able to order something along these lines. I tried the JuiceBox, and while it is a great product, it wasnt for me. I had to many issues flooding it, and it is not the best mod for someone on the go. I am currently waiting on my Mega carts and atties to come to see if they will help a bit with the constant refilling. Thanks again for a very infomative post.

| I have already sold it to pay for my Chuck(which is aparently LOST in the Mail system) Carlos had an issue trying to do mine in the old Camo sytle so it was just a dark green, nothing fancy. I do want to say that it was a good mod and very well made, just not the one for me. Since the "bulb" for juice runs straight into the attty if it tpis much or is bounced then the atty floods. If you do decide to get one then make sure you have something to cut down your juice(i hade to use 50% of the nic i normally would with a 510). Thanks Found that looking around for dragons to use for graphics/tats. Had to keep it for a personal avatar because it fit me so well.

| That last picture is really cool. I have seen units like that before, but that looks really awesome with the insides lighted up like that. It reminds me of those people who trick out their computer cases by putting the LED's in the tower. Very creative and sure to turn heads. It is so cool to see some of the things people come up with. Keep up the good work!

Here's another one.
Well just found this. Note the utter simplicity, including the press to make (neg terminal on battery) switch. My (very basic) 510 juicebox - E-Cigarette Forum
Looks like it's time to find some tubing and a soft, thin 3ml dropper bottle.

| Anyone have a link for instructions on how to make the atomizer like in Carlos' Juice box?
Snarky said he had a killer version and the atty never wears out ... (Don't try convincing Hachi of that though LOL ) |

When they were first discussing things everything was out in the open, then he stopped posting. Then later we have him pitching his JB. |

| JJ this is like one of those chinese finger traps, right? See one mod ,follow links come back to the thread and you've posted another mod ,with more links.
Maybe its like the paper that says"how do you keep an idiot busy?"(over) on both sides.
Took me a week to quit" flippin".
Great find, lots of ideas I think I know how you intend to keep 1 idiot busy. Thanks for the foot work. bikes |

| I've been vaping with this since January.
5~6v mod. Nice. My friends envy and fear it. If anyone was at vapefest, you might have seen me using it there. |

| I am using LiFePO4 batteries, rated at 3v ~1600mAh. a 1/4w 100ohm resistor attached to a white LED, RN4081 atty/battery connector, and a 3ml bottle with the tube. oh, and a momentary button... (The black one) The grey/silverish looking button is used to squeeze the 3ml bottle... I used RJ45 wire for re-routing the 4aa box to make it only 2aa batteries.
Its pretty simple...
4 LiFePO4 batteries total $30.
1/4w resistor... practically nothing.
Momentary button... not expensive.
4aa box less than $3
Battery connector $1.89
atty $5.50
LED - Free from a flashlight.
3ml bottle less than .25
RJ45 wire... free...
so... less than $40.00 USD to make the mod.
Oh, the e-liquid - 36mg 3ml cafe caramel ONLY.
I've smoked analogs for 30 years, a pack a day, and the past 3 years 2 packs a day. wooooo too much! so, this works for me...
The batteries last over 1 day of vaping, and the 3ml juice last 2~3 days.
Not too bad...
I carry 2 spare batteries, and spare atomizer at all times.
If I blow 2 atty's in one day... I'm screwed!
I have other mods that I've made... I typically have 2 mods on hand at all times.
Its not hard to make these... I swear. |

I saw 1 picture 1 time... in December...
I went back to find it, and it was gone.
I never had much of a chance to learn about it.
There are 4 areas for batteries.
Of course, I only utilize 2 of those 4.
From the bottom to the top.
battery, battery, 3ml bottle, atty connector, momentary switch, resistor, and LED.
Keeping in mind. This mod has zero epoxy, jb weld, or glue.
Nada, nothing... I used the ground wire to shim the battery connector.
It works well... Since i am not pushing, pulling, poking or prodding at the cartridge constantly...the battery connector stays put.
This is my prototype.
I've only made this one.
I'll make a few more... and see how it goes...
I'd like my sister to have one... (she thinks 'vaping' is silly.)
She's old school... I'd like to see her change that.
Hermyish will get one. (She did a review on the GLV)
Keep on vaping!
Here is my picture...
The resistor and LED are there. I used my phone. |
