They are also back up as Renitron.com - Elektronic Cigarettes It is a mirror site. I have been sending long contact us letters to them for the last two days at both sites. The sites youcig.com and se.yousig.com are not up yet. I keep reminding them that they should honor the old orders before trying to continue to do business. If we all keep writting to them maybe they will start honoring the orders or fold up shop for good.

As well as placing 25-30 bogus orders per day on their website, I now also take 5 mins to open PP and send about 50 reminders on the request for payment I first sent them a few days ago.

Hey, what did your "request for payment" look like? I ought to do that as well, in case they ever even look at their PP account again.

I'm sending the same thing over and over. I copied and pasted the message from paypal that they had accepted payment I also copied and pasted my order details they sent me. I paste it all in word and then add that I will accept a refund or the product and that I feel they should honor the orders before starting up again in new sites. I send this a few times a day to renitron.com ecig24.net, and to horst@galloo.de (he is the one that accepted the payment through paypal).

I am checking daily with their ISP. The site that isn't up again yet is youcig.com and ecig24.ch . Both Renitron.com and youcig and ecig24.ch have the same servers. they used to be registered by the same group eCig24 International S.A.. Most of the server info has been made private but when and if push comes to shove. I will report them to the servers for fraud and really start making waves.

Here is Horst info I found
Horst R.G. Gueckel
85416 Langenbach
Pfannenstielstr. 12
Tel.: 08761-310
0173-5134888

I intend to call him and to mail him a registered letter demanding payment very soon. I am so over this but I am not going to let go of it as long as they think they can still do new business.

Good Luck AT,

I've given up any hope so just having some fun now by filling up their e-mail inbox with junk...I know if Horst read just one, there's no way he's making it up to me as everything I send makes reference to "squarehead", "kraut" or just general comments about WWII.

I have been following this thread, and I want to say that people urk me how they think they can take people. this is crazy. This is the Main reason why I ask people before I buy if its a reputable company.. I am sooo sorry that you guys had to deal with this. I didnt know that PP is against shipping e-cigs??? i knew they made people stop marketing them on pay pal, but i didnt know you couldnt use pay pal to buy them? thanks for all the imput guys. You help new people like me remember that everyone, no matter how long in the biz, need help from every one. thats why i like these forums. they keep us in the know. I hope everyone recovers all the items they paid for..

Firhill

I now understand your reply to my thread regarding new e-cig supplier based in Spain.

What a mess, I can assure we are not one of the same, any idea what part of Spain these were from as there is another company a couple of hours away from us advertising in our local paper called cigarmillo.

INFO: I got everything I ordered, after it was reshipped "through" Spain.
While searching for info on my order I managed to get a lot of extra files on my computer that were hard to remove. If the "NEW" vendor is not associated with this "OLD" fiasco then I don't think I would go back and try and surf for anything.

Best of luck totallyvapor.
UK buyers will be checking you out for sure.
