I think we all know by now I have just a
few cars, and I have one I bought in 1986 sitting in my back yard. I smoked in that car for the 21 years I drove it, and while it lost the 'new' smell pretty fast, it never smelled too much of smoke (until 1998 or so when they changed Marlboros. I changed to Camels because they smelled up the car so bad!) I always smoke with the window at least cracked, even in the coldest winters.
I was selling used cars for a while, and an old couple (he was something like 78) traded in an '82 Chrysler K car they had bought new...20 years, and the interior was DRIPPING with nicotine and tar! I mean, REALLY! I'm not exaggerating!
