dont beat yourself up OP about having an analog...i am only 30days into being totally analog free with no slips..but my first 3 months of vaping well that was a different story...i felt bad mostly because i had read so many stories on different forums...thats just it..they were stories of others quest for being analog free..they werent my story.
our own story is unique to us, every minute that you choose not to pick up a cig is a success...if you slip, then so be it. the success is that right before that smoke, you were vaping, and you will keep vaping...now when i get a bad craving, i have a little bottle of 36mg that i drip for about 5-10 minutes straight..takes that craving away quickly..lol Quote:

I was very lucky and just made the transition right off the batt but Im seeing that was more the exception then the rule..I really think its a mind set thing as much as anything else..you're still getting the nic so why would I want to smoke was the thinking I had at the time...well that and... screw those over taxing bastards stealing my money by ridiculous cigarette taxes and fees!!...LOL...now that part really helped!..
