| FINALLY got paid, filled my tank, and then went to add minutes to a phone and was DECLINED!
WTF?!?!?!
Called the all my money was there.
Someone hacked my card again. Second time in 6 months. Now I don't know where the leak is, and I hate to say this, but this never happened until I started buying e-cig stuff.

Like I said, I have no idea where the leak is, but at least it stopped it before anything happened. Could be anywhere, even the station in town where I got gas.

Turns out that a gas station attendant was stealing CC receipts and selling them to foreign buyers. |

Change your e-mail password and that'll go away.
But in order to do it right, you'll have to set up an alternate e-mail address that's not the same provider as your current address.
Like say if your Hotmail account password has been hacked, set-up a Yahoo e-mail account to receive password changes.
That way your hacker can't retrieve your new password.
And if you still have problems, then contact your e-mail service provider and have them assist. |

I think that's where my problem is. | That is a "mail forwarding" program that has infected your computer; unfortunately, *I* don't now how to remove it. It attaches to your outbox (usually in Outlook) and sends a spam message to whoever you send an email to.
If you can live without Outlook, Thunderbird is a good alternative.

| OUTLOOK ?
Now why would any hacker even want to mess with a Microsoft product?
For some reason my Outlook won't even work (probably moving a couple of files just confuses it )

| Well FWIW I've always had a dummy addy first in my address book. Something stupid that I know will bounce right back if used. An early warning system.
Allan Aaron@chumpedagain.com or some such nonsense.
Some password info here: https://www.grc.com/haystack.htm
It's kinda cool how just adding a few periods to your existing PWs can make a lot of difference.
Punch in you PW, then add 3 periods at the start and the end.

If you can live without Outlook, Thunderbird is a good alternative. | If you don't have CCleaner get it!! http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
The free version works just fine. I run it at least once a week or after any heavy surfing session.
If you continue to have problems get HijackThis. http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/
Make SURE you read the instructions on how to use this prog.
This forum>> http://www.hijackthis-forum.de/english-help/
can answer any questions and help you with "decoding" the text file HijackThis will spit out. |
