Hi, some of you already know me a wee bit, due to my affinity for sweet thangs. I live in Minnessota, started smoking 40yrs and Washington, nevada, california, Colorado, texas, California, ago. I'm tired of moving approx every 8 yrs and tired of giving big tobacco my money and breath.
I started out on vaping back in March to be able to smoke at the (old job) restaurant while I did the closing process because it was 1-2am and i didn't like standing outside by meself at that time of night!
Had a 4 month supply of analogs bought cheaply online in my refridgerator at the time. Surprise!~ It's november and i still have 3 cartons of analogs! And i started out on 32mg, am now on 11mg. Seems like a hard potency to find for some reason, could anyone point the way to SWEET 11 mg?
I like vaping. Can't do it first thing in the morning for some reason tho. Any suggestions? It tears up my throat.

I'll be around sporadically. Found job at local grocer, less hours, less pay, more sanity. I win!

Ok, haven't achieved total sanity judging by what's in my fridge. Anyone else out there have a collection of e juice staring at them, of flavors and strengths they have lost interest in or found unappealing etc etc? Geesh! I got a shelf full!

Will be happy to "meet" you all on this journey to being something I never thought possible. A completely tobacco free person!

Welcome to Vapeatron

Here's a source of 11mg. I use it myself now. 11mg E-Juice

I started out at 36 and cut it in half after only one month. Now I occasionally even vape 0mg just because I love vaping!

New flavors are added on a regular basis at The Vapor Shack

Hi! Dwellsouth here in Cajun swamp land Louisiana (not too far from Lafayette). Just got my Volcano e-cig deluxe starter pack this past Saturday and I'm rip-roaring through some cartridges here! I only took my ecigs with me Saturday night when we went to a pig roast party and boy did I vape my brains out while 99% of the party goers smoked real cigs. It was a technical escapade of recharging batteries and changing cartridges and drinking beer all at the same time! LOL
Plus working at home, sitting at my computer makes for some heavy vaping.
I ordered some nic juice which I hope will arrive today or so but I didn't order tobacco flavored and wish I would have.
I'd like to find some supplies closer to home for "emergencies" if anybody knows of anybody selling some. The Tobacco Plus stores sell a cigarette looking model with cartridges but I don't know if those will fit in my volcano ecig or not.
What's the model number of the volcano ecig anyway?
There's sooooooo much info out there that it's kind of overwhelming. Live and learn, huh?

First thing on your list to get should be a USB passthrough

I'm pretty sure the Volcano is a re-branded Blu e-cig. If so, the model number is L88 but IMO, if this is the case, you should look at other models that are "better" and cheaper than the L88.

I'm not sure what that is????

I actually like everything I got with my Volcano ecig deluxe kit. I got 2 batteries and 2 atomizers and 5 packs w/ 5 cartridges of my choice and a USB charger that you plug into puter and screw a battery into and something I REALLY like, a hard plastic cig pack with a wall charger plug and USB port on it with a USB cord that then plugs into my cig pack to charge the whole thing. Soooo, the cig pack is a battery charger too! So I can screw in one battery and have it charge in the pack while I'm out and keep other supplies in the holes in the pack too. All of it comes in a larger box that I like too. Boxes to throw stuff in are GOOD for me!

I paid $69 and no shipping for all of that. I like the size too. Maybe it's not the best deal out there, but my friend paid that at a local store for just 2 batteries, 2 atomizers and maybe 5 nic cartridges and 1 wall charger...nothing else, no USB, no cig pack.

So I guess I don't get where the extra expense is going to come in.

I have no idea what a wat is??????

So I found a woman way on the other side of Lafayette who has a nail salon who sells ecigs and nic juice and made my husband trek over there and buy some. I've been dropping it into the empty cartridges I already used. I'd have to add in a good tank-o-gas into this price to go to BFE which a'int cheap in my tank!

I ordered some earlier today from lecig at a better price with no shipping charges and no gas tanker trekking fees. ;o)

Just vaping since Saturday afternoon, I already noticed my first 4 mile elliptical jaunt since Saturday was much easier on my lungs than usual, which really surprised me actually.

Now to buy my old man something he'll like...

Oh, and since I type for a living...I type faster than I think and my fingers get away from me OFTEN.

A USB passthrough takes the place of a (fully charged) battery. If you spend lots of time by the computer then it will save you spending $$$ on replacing batteries as often and more importantly (IMO) always give you a constant voltage to your atomiser, unlike a battery which discharges as you use it.

The passthrough (usually) consists of a cable with a USB plug on one end and what looks like a battery (but isn't) on the other...that's what you screw the atomiser into.
They make different types for each of the different e-cig models. I suggest if you do get one to make sure it has a manual switch on it as opposed to an automatic one.

Ds,

I just finished doing some reading on the Volcano. It seems it is manufactured by the same company that manufactures the blu e-cig, but contrary to what I assumed above, it is a much much better e-cig overall. Just for the record ...I believe all parts are interchangable with the the Blu, M702 revolver and the Sideshow sold by Modern Vapor....and that being the case it should also then fit on a Joye 510 battery or passthru.

They do not make passthroughs yet, specifically for the blu/702/volcano but this supplier talked about ordering some in his forum (here) a few weeks ago.

If you want to see what a 510 passthrough looks like, see here

An e-cig glossary sure would be nice! Especially one that includes photos.

There's a decent one right here marked E-Cig Models. Basic but pretty good when looking for your next e-cig!

That is good, but overwhelming when you don't know anything about e-cigs. I know what some of the abbreviations mean now, but I had to go elsewhere to look those up or ask, like atty, PG, VG, pass-through, etc.

Vapor delirious, check.

A Vaporhog is someone that vapes 36mg/ml (or stronger) 20 to 22 hours a day and consumes in excess of 6ml of juice per day. (or similar excesses potentially leading to a vapor-induced-coma)

Vaporpimp (sounds bad but it ain't necessarily) is a reseller posing as newbie, dropping hints about his product.

Vaporhoe (won't go there)

and one last one, Vapor-Christmas, is when a China Post order hits the door.
