| +3 on the Do Not Do It. Not only can it have the potential to ignite the fumes, if a Gas attendant sees a plume of vapor coming out of your mouth they are liable to have you thrown in jail.

| While the chance is probably better of winning the lottery than igniting stray gasoline vapors with a PV, why take the chance?
You gas-up for what? 5 minutes max?
You know that people have ignited gas vapors with something as random as a static electric spark, so why take the chance that while you're vapin'-n-gassin' that will be the moment Murphy decides your carto/atty/batt is gonna short and flash?
Do I think there's any real danger in gas-n-vape? No, not really... but like I said... it's only 5 minutes of your life.
Why bother picking that battle unless you're just doing it to get a reaction out of the other patrons or the attendant?... in which case, vape on.  /troublemaker | |

Heating coils and fumes do not mix, now saying that and proving how edit i am is i have done it, but the coil could get up to ignition temp and that edit,has ever used a carto to start a fire cause i am the survivalist type, never, ok, never,..... well never, ill let you guess,... edit

| Government considering outlawing e-cigs due to explosions while fueling vehicles. I can see it now.
The mixture of gasoline fumes and oxygen would have to be right. I don't know the explosive levels, but it could happen. Explosions or ignitions with common gasses require the right combination of things, but they do happen. | |
