I received some 18mg Green Witch VG peppermint 10ml e liquid from AZ smoke free. The expiration date is 11/11/2011.
However, when I vape it, there is no noticeable hit but plenty of vapor.
The vapor stings my nose and if continued to vape, stings my tongue like hot sauce or pepper.
Is it supposed to do this or am I killing myself?

Nicotine has that taste and effect, and if there's not enough dilution, you're going to notice that effect. Sounds to me like it either contains more nicotine than you think, or not enough flavoring. Kick them an e-mail or something with a big "WTF". lol

Sounds like no nicotine left.

"Nicotine has 2 properties that may cause it to suppress taste sensations. Because it is bitter, nicotine may reduce the electrical activity in taste nerves induced by other tastes. Others have shown quinine’s ability to suppress sweetness-induced nerve activity. Alternatively, nicotine elicits a painful sensation when it contacts the mouth."

"Preliminary studies have revealed the presence of nerve cells within the taste area of the brain that respond, not to tastants, but exclusively to painful stimuli, including nicotine, directed at the tongue."
