| A customer of mine who also owns a NJoy told me today she got a letter from them stating they had a buy one get two free sale on flavored carts ... they will be only carrying tobacco and menthol from now on in order to comply with the FDA's candied flavor position.
Has anyone else out there received a letter like this from Njoy?
Obviously they know something about the near future regarding the FDA. |

It is sad that people are not fighting this. Saying flavored nicotine should not be available to adults is rediculous. Personally I don't think the Gov has any business telling us what to do, and they don't, but yet the constantly abuse our civil liberties.
NJoy's willingness is understandable since they most likely don't want to loose business to legal expenses, but they probably are one of the few that could actually have a fighting chance. We are doomed unless people speak up for the rights immediately.

| Lecig! I feel ya man...When I first saw this I was like no way!!! Well doesn't alcohol come flavored?!? DUHHH! So their going to down flavored tobacco but yet its ok that their is flavored alcohol?!?!

Oh, yeah. You can thank Obama and his crew for this. I remember now, they wanted to decrease the appeal for tobacco products for young people, so they ordered that all flavored tobacco products be removed from the market. No more peach, grape, vanilla, etc cigars (sorry, all you blunt wrappers...) and the only flavors allowed are plain and menthol. If anything, this sounds as if the FDA is ready to make a move on the e cig market and begin regulating (and taxing) it accordingly. Remeber, these people are more than willing to tax ANYTHING they can!
Wait until the VAT taxes start to take hold!
Political rant off...
Now, all well and good, but these are NOT tobacco products. The FDA or whoever is overstepping their bounds on this, and what about all the people who vape no nicotine juice?
Stock up on your flavorings now!
PS...I hope you have a politician in your pocket, or a VERY good lawyer!

Condiments, condiments ain't food. Tabasco sauce is a good example.
What we need is a series of flavored condiments (with Nic in them).
Little dropper bottles of condiments.

| In Texas that was the answer to the flavored cigs was rename the packages to say cigar. Exact same product inside.
I think everyone should practice civil disobediance. But everyone has to do it to make it fall. | |
