Njoy Ncig Atomizer = Dead

I took my workhorse Njoy penstyle to work with me today and in the middle of the day it just stopped dead cold. I have had it for a month and a half and I had noticed it was going into clean cycle mode more and more frequently. I did use it rather heavily dripping and topping off carts, every evening and on the ride in to work. The only problem now is replacing the atomizer, I dont see it advertised on the Njoy website and the refillmynjoy.com ? Smoke Anywhere, Electronic Cigarette, Smokeless Cigarette, Njoy Cartridges, Njoy Refills site seems to be down. Anyone know where I can get one? Luckily I have a new EM-901 and USB passthru.

That sucks! I can sympathize with you... my beloved joye302 atomizer died a few days ago

. Partially my fault though. Have a bad battery and it would spontaneously turn on in my pocket. Left the atomizer attached to it and it burned up. I replaced it with a Janty Kissbox atomizer. While not quite as good, it is better than nothing.

Doesn't the Njoy's have a warranty?

I think the Puresmoker Rep said the Njoy pens are compatible with theirs if I am not mistaken. PS has RN4072's; which is the same as DSE801. Don't quote me on this until I can confirm.

I can say for sure that RN4072 batteries fit on a Joye302/Janty Kissbox atomizer and vise-versa, so maybe all the penstyles are "compatible"?!

I contacted the folks at Njoy, they were very quick to reply. The rep gave me a number to call and they will get back to me in 24 hours to send me a replacement. Thats Pretty good service IMHO. Im waiting on a Chinese penstyle with USB I ordered from here BestEcig-Newest Mini E-cigarette|E-cigarette|wholesale e-liquid ,to check it out. Was just a few buck more than ordering just the USB, shipping was alot though so prob worth it for bulk orders, but not for small ones.

I purchased 2 replacement atomizers from Vapornine.com

A side by side comparison of the Njoy NCIG and Vapornine's Rio Red shows the 2 models are virtually identical.

The only difference I can see is the Vapornine atomizer performs a bit better.

Hey thanks for the info. Njoy ended up sending me a replacement. That Rio Red is super sexy though, might have to pick me up one.

You're very welcome.

Good to hear that Njoy replaced your atomizer so promptly. Bear in mind, though, that atomizers are considered to be "consumable" (from what I've read). They have a limited life span so it might be a good idea to keep a couple of spare atomizers on hand. You don't want to find yourself empty handed while waiting for another Njoy replacement.
