I've been thinking about this for a while.
Nic Nirvana is selling a 510 kit (The Works) for $39 delivered. It comes with a charger. It also comes with a car cord to plug the charger into your cig lighter...

I REALLY like my Atty Smasher. I have a cord that plugs into the cig lighter and I used the same connector on the Atty Smasher as on the charger...sooooo Nic Nirvana's charger cord should fit.

I've been thinking about making some for sale at a moderate price. That is, IF I can get any more flashlights!!! Or, a suitable replacement.

I'm experimenting with a 2.25A model that seems OK for most attys. I have fried a few from different suppliers, so I am experimenting with a 1.5A version yet to be built. Now, the 2.25A version is cheaper than the 1.5A version. I should have a 1.5A version in a week or two.

I can say this about the 2.5A version...WOW! It vapes great. I have had a couple attys that have lasted a while on it. This is kind of at your own risk, mind you, but the attys from Mad Vapes seem to work the best; clouds of vapor, good taste, and NO BATTERIES! I have been using mine since November, one in the car and one connected to my computer. It works even better with one of these:

Delphi Replacement 6v DC Power Adapter for SkyFi, Roady

This limits the current to 1 Amp. So far I have been using it this way for about a month or 6 weeks, and it works quite well.

Also, it can be set for whatever voltage you want: 3.7 (same as a battery's nominal output), 4.2V where I have mine set (fully charged battery output), 5V, 6V, whatever from 2.5V to 12V. Um, I certainly would NOT recommend anything over 6...
However, it is not adjustable (unless you're like Rocket and have a soldering iron and a limitless supply of resistors...) once it's set, that's it.

I'd like an idea if anyone would like one, and I'll have to work up some parts and prices. Obviously, the more parts I order, the cheaper it gets, to a point.

This isn't a 5V regulator you can get at Rad Shack. I tried one of those and they're not too swift.

If there's any interest, let me know here or PM me!
