I was at an online newspaper and there was a question asked about if the FDA should ban esmoking.

A woman named VaporGirl posted a message asking for vapers to support her at her blog as she was being attacked by about 20 people. Below is what she posted.

I have used the e-cigarette for a month now and have not picked up a tobacco cigarette since. I am very proud of that considering I smoked for 25 years and I am 35 yrs old. I got mine at E Cigarettes, Electronic Cigarettes and I am very pleased and thank God that someone invented this product. I am hoping this really is a healthy alternative, although there is a lot of debate. This is why I signed up on this site. I wanted to know what The Doctors think of this product. If there is a link on this site with their opinions on it could someone please post it? I signed up on Becomeanex.com because I blogged about how great I feel about breaking this habit. I am getting bashed on this site. If there are other folks on here who have succeeded with the e-cig please follow this link and comment.

There are like 20 people jumping on me telling I really didn't quit smoking at all. I need some back up here. But what I really want are some opinions about this from doctors. Thank you for reading!

I KNOW who those people voted for. The same ones that voted for change and are now complaining about the change they are getting. I would hate to be as miserable as they all must be. This girl needs a congrats not a stone throwing. Even when I was smoking analogs I would always ask before lighting up or step away from people....just common courtisy but these biligerant people......if they did smoke are the type that would be blowing smoke in peoples faces without thinking because they have no idea what common courtisy is. Where I live the people I've told about my e-cig say things like....really!!....thats cool....I hope it keeps working.......and things like that. I know the type of people putting this girl down too well and I'm glad I'm not one of them and from reading in this forum I can see none of us are like that......Thank God!!! If anyone feels their blood pressure getting low just go to the blog she posted and I guarantee it will rise.

Good idea, I just assumed she had it. There is strength in numbers so we gotta stick together. I don't want to buy another red and white package ever again.

If ecigs are banned from import I will still attempt it. I DON'T want to go back to analogs! I am in love with vaping! I can smoke all day long and not get a headache or sick to my stomach, which is how I liked to smoke analogs. My MD, whom I saw yesterday as always asked me about my smoking. I told him I had switched to electonic cigarettes and then demonstated it to him. He thought it was better then analogs "If you stick with it." Not a chance that I won't!
