| Helloooooo Miss AJ!! Great people here willing to answer any questions you may have. I would not have come as far as I have with out the members of vapeatron.
I have my occasional slips but I am getting closer to breaking the three week barrier. I will eventually do it!! Good news before it seemed like I couldn't break a two week so I am showing progress I guess you could say I am doing it on my time my way.
If you have a slip don't kick yourself, focus on how many you didn't smoke!!

| MissAJ welcome to the nut house, medication time is between 4 and mid night, and dinner will be served promptly threw a straw that will deploy form the ceiling.. Beware of the dragons breath as it is quite hot, and may burn threw the flame retardant straight jacket.
Ohh yea, one last thing, it is not nessaraly about quiting all at once, some need a few trys to get it as far as smoking goes.. there is a learning curve with your e cig, and well, you will want that cig for a few weeks, after you get threw that, you may find your self forgeting to get cigs, and going months to almost a year <  > with out one.. <granted i am almost up to a year of being a vaper not a smoker that doesent mean i havent cheated, and now them cigs taste like ass and motor oil, driping threw a grave....> | |

Keep it up! i actually allow myself a rare occasional smoke... it quickly reminds me how much i hate them (once you have been vaping a month, you will hate them ciggys too)..
Stay active on the forums... I use it along side vaping to keep "clean"..
2 months in i have 3 mods with a slew of flavors, attys, carto's, batterys, and still going at it. I never enjoyed smoking near as much as i do this new "hobby"
