| Just today we added the following flavors to our stock:
Blackberry, Blueberry, Champagne, Cherry, ChocoMint, Cinnamon Apple, Cool Mint, Grape, Menthol, Mocha, Raspberry
Also, since there are so many new flavors to try, we are selling samples individually so that customers can choose their own sample pack. Oh, and since at least three of the new flavors came from customer requests & suggestions, keep those requests & suggestions coming! |

| I noticed some of the flavors are missing the drop down menu for a strength selection. I am most interested in the mint flavor. |

| Oops! That's what I get for adding flavors at 4am. Mint should be fixed now... the rest, I will have to double check...

| No, no, thank you! If you hadn't mentioned it, who knows when I would have noticed my own screw up... Especially since I always find myself editing the site/shop in the wee hours of the morn.

Tell everybody about your supply chain again> I just love hearing about our U.S. suppliers standing up against the FDA.

We have, however, received a few requests and our decision isn't final. To us it just seems like a "no-brainer" to vape v.g. based liquids, so what would help is some info on why people are wanting the pg/petroleum based liquids. Anyone care to share? |

| I like the smell of lacquer thinner. PG seems to be reported as giving a better "throat hit". what ever a better throat hit is. I don't think I like it. If I have PG based strong liquid I usually cut it with VG. 50/50 isn't quite as sweet tasting as 100% VG. Doesn't irritate my throat as much as 100% PG. Is a sore throat the same as "hitting your throat". Another PG manufacturer has stolen my idea and is selling 70/30.
Maybe you could counter with 30/70. Bet it would sell. Hype it up and we would buy it. (build it and they ------).

| We are currently sold out of nearly all of our e-Liquid. Althougn we have more supplies on the way, the dramatic increase in sales since the FDA pronouncement has caught us off guard and we are playing catch-up. While we should have another batch by the end of this week, you can always email sales and ask to be notified as soon as more liquid is available for ordering and shipment. We appologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We have plenty of kits and parts onhand with another shipment arriving in the next week or so. |

| We're now stocked back up on e-liquid (except for menthol, which we'll be adding in the next day or 2). |

| Hi VtVapor!
I am ready to place a large order of e-liquid. But before I do so, I had a question to ask that I believe will put a lot of inquiring minds at ease. I did ask you by e-mail, but since I haven't yet received a response (I know it's Labor Day Weekend), I figured I'd ask my most imperative question on the forums since I may not have been clear enough by e-mail. This way, all of us e-smokers can make an informed decision when making our purchases:
Your website states this, "At Vermont Vapor, all the liquid we sell is 'mixed' entirely by us - we start with 100% pure food grade glycerine and add distilled water, nicotine (over 99% pure), and citric acid to balance the ph."
This is what I and many others would like to know...
When you say "all the liquid we sell is *mixed* entirely by us", do you mean that you buy your unflavored nicotine liquid from a manuacturer overseas in China, then "mix" in your own recipe of glycerine, distilled water, flavor, and citric acid? Or do you actually manufacture your own raw materials (including nicotine and/or nicotine liquid)? Basically, I am asking, have you found your own way to extract nicotine? Or are you buying raw nicotine from a chemist in the USA or the UK and adding ingredients to that? Or are you getting your nicotine fluid overseas from China and mixing it with your own food grade glycerine, distilled water, flavor, and citric acid? Either way, I (and many others) don't care. We just want to know exactly what we're purchasing and inhaling into our lungs, or get as close to making an informed decision as possible. Again, just to be clear, are you "mixing" pre-made nicotine liquid from China? Or are you making it from scratch by extracting nicotine from tobacco? Or are you buying nicotine from a chemist (raw materials)? I am not asking for your trade secret on extracting nicotine (if you are). We would simply like to know your process on how the nicotine liquid itself comes about (i.e., nicotine extraction done by your company, raw materials from a USA or UK chemist, or an overseas manufacturer of pre-made nicotine liquid in China). And how do you know that your nicotine or nicotine liquid is over 99% pure unless you are extracting it yourself or purchasing it from a chemist?
Hope I was more clear this time. Sorry if I was a bit repetitive, but I wanted to make sure you understood my question this time and I don't think I could have been any clearer than what I typed in this post.
Thank you for your time and we look forward to doing business with you!

| Adam has responded to my e-mail with the following quote:
"We do not extract nicotine ourselves. Not only would it be cost prohibitive, it would be dangerous. Instead, we purchase the nicotine we use from a US company that has already verified the purity and had labs performed."
This is great news! It's nice to know that if we purchase your liquid, we won't be sucking on nicotine liquid that was extracted/pre-made in China.
A bit of advice... it would be a good business move to place this information on your website. I am not the only one who assumed that your liquid was "mixed entirely by you" with possible pre-made liquid from China. It was actually another member from a different forum who had pointed this out, which got a lot of wheels spinning. I suppose he should have just simply asked you, as I did. But I do believe placing this info on your site would only increase your business.
Thank you Linda and Adam for your responses. I will be placing a large order by Wednesday. Hope you had a great Labor Day Weekend!
Take care!
E-Smokey
