Smokers light up' with e-cigarettes to sidestep bans -- chicagotribune.com

The person at the beginning of the story has the e-smoke that looks just like a cigarette. I mean, really, why would you want to do that and cause so much confusion?

There's no mistaking a black or silver device with a green or blue LED - seems pretty logical to me.
