Since my last post
Trying some Liquids, I have turned to tobacco flavors. I ended up really liking VS Frisco and Halo T56 making them all day vapes for me. Unfortunately, Frisco is having supply issues hence, the quest for a replacement. Bobas Bounty has fallen off my daily vapes as my palette has changed and find BB flavor as too much syrup on french toast.
New juices I tried vaping on a Buzz Pro @ 3.9/4.0 volts using a LeCig CE2 (2.5Ohms):
1. Goodejuice's GJ4 (50/50 mix) 12mg. This juice is very good. The color of the juice is a very light brown. Consistency is not as thick as I thought it would be. As I opened the cap I get a whiff of tobacco and caramel. I vaped this for a week right out of the mailbox and was very good.
Flavor: Flavor was outstanding. Tobacco was prominent on inhale and a perfect blend of caramel and sweetness on exhale. Not too sweet but just right. The flavors blended excellently. I have not tried the original RY4, but this juice is a good variant in my opinion.
TH: Just right for me not too strong but just enough.
Vapor: Lots of vapor as the juice is 50/50 pg/vg.
Price point: Goodejuices has competitive pricing at $.43/ml and with the 10% discount goes down to $.39/ml. I ordered a 30ml bottle. Shipping is very good too, pricewise as well as speed. I received my order in 2 days time from Illinois to SoCal.
Overall: I really like this juice’s flavor, th, vapor and price. Its very good for what you get. The only downside to the juice is that it gunks up the coil on my CE2. I need to clean the CE2 after a couple of days use. For people that would like an RY4, this is a must juice to try.
2. Goodejuice 555 (50/50 mix) 12mg. I found my Frisco replacement! While Frisco is still my favorite due to its excellent tobacco and hazelnut flavor, GEJ 555, comes second. The juice color and consistency is similar to the GJ4. I can smell the nuttiness when I took the cap of the bottle and couldn’t wait to load my CE2!
Flavor: Flavor was outstanding. Tobacco and nuttiness was prominent on inhale and same on exhale with a slight sweet note at the end.
TH: Slight throat hit and very smooth.
Vapor: Lots of vapor as the juice is 50/50 pg/vg. Good aroma too, like a smoky nutty tobacco.
Price point: Like my comment above, the pricing of the juice and shipping is very good. Speed of processing and shipping is excellent.
Overall: I really like this juice. I loaded this on my tank and currently vaping it as I type. For those who like 555 nuttiness, this is a good juice to have on hand! Processing and shipping is also one of the best, as it only took 2 days to get here.
3. Vaperite RY4 (50/50 mix) 12mg. This juice is very good as well. I really liked this juice and it is very similar to the GJ4. The juice is a little darker brown than the GJ4, and consistency is pretty light. Aroma from the bottle is of a tobacco/caramel scent.
Flavor: Flavor was excellent. Tobacco was very prominent on inhale and a perfect blend of cramel/vanilla sweetness on exhale. Not too sweet but enough to keep you drawing.
TH: Stronger than the GJ4 but still smooth.
Vapor: Good vapor production due to the 50/50 pg/vg.
Price point: Price is good at $.50/ml and very reasonable shipping cost.
Overall: Good juice but a carto/CE2 killer, my CE2 only lasts a couple of hours then I have to clean it. This is the only reason I would not get the juice again. Other than that everything about the juice is excellent.
4. Pinkspot Vapors Outlaw 555 (pg/vg ?) 12mg. From searching a replacement to the VS Frisco, I gave this juice a try. The color of the juice is dark brown but not too thick on the consistency. PS does not show the PG/VG ratio but I am guessing its probably 50/50 or 60/40.
Flavor: Flavor is great. A nutty flavor on inhale with a sweet butterscotch on exhale. Flavor is good that I need to take 2 to 3 extra draws everytime I vape.
TH: This juice has a slightly stronger throat hit at 12mg than the GEJ 555.
Vapor: Vapor production provides good clouds. The only thing I don’t like is the aroma of the vapor. There is a smell that lingers that is hard to describe, it dosen’t smell like tobacco but a salty burnt nut.
Price point: This maybe one of the juices that lean on the expensive side at $.77/ml. Shipping charges are based on standard priority mail.
Overall: Even if there is some weird aroma, overall I like the juice for its flavor. I just have to vape this one outside! The price is on the high side, so I would probably get this as a backup if I need a 555.
5. Nitelite Vapor’s Line Rider (65/35 mix) 12mg. I ordered this to try. Personally its not for me because of the flavor.
Flavor: This juice bursts with tobacco and peanut butter both on inhale/exhale. I just didn’t get into it. I like nutty but not peanut butter. Just like having a bottle of Jiffy!
TH: Very smooth.
Vapor: Good vapor production.
Price point: Excellent price for the juice at $.30/ml, shipping @ 5.00.
Overall: I can’t seem to vape this because of the peanut butter flavor I get from it. I guess if you like peanut butter its pretty good.
6. Halo Bella Valente (pg/vg mix ?) 12mg. Bella Valente (BV) is described by their site as a Cuban tobacco flavor infused with vanilla bean. I was excited to try this juice. Right out of the mailbox, I look at the juice and it has brown color and slightly thicker in consistency than the T56. The aroma of the juice bottle had a pretty strong cigar like smell. Mmmmm, this should be good ….
Flavor: Well what can I say, just like with any Halo juice this juice has consistenly have that underlying “Halo flavor”. On inhale, its very strong cigar like flavor with a vanilla sweetness at the end. On exhale you get a strong tobacco and a striking spicy/sweetness to it, and can get overwhelming!
TH: Wow, this one I can feel the TH even at 12mg.
Vapor: Very good vapor production. However, the aroma is that of a spicy cigar and pretty strong.
Price point: High but cheaper than Pinkspot at $.67/ml and standard shipping at $3.27 oly.
Overall: Halo BV is a pretty pungent and strong flavored juice. Before I vaped this I let it steep for a week, however, after vaping for a few minutes the aroma and flavor gets overwhelming for me. I am undecided on this juice, so I probably will let it steep more to mellow the juice out. I will revisit this juice after a month.
7. Backwoods Brew RY4 (70/30 mix) 12mg. I was fortunate enough to snag a 30ml bottle of this from Don. With all the hype surrounding this juice, I was so excited to get and try this juice. The juice has a pale brown color and has a nice thin consistency due to the 70/30 pg/vg mix.
Flavor: Where do I start with this… I sampled this juice after I got it in the mail. Wasn’t too thrilled at first vape, tobacco was strong with a very light sweet ginger finish. It seems that the juice needs more time. So I let it sit for a week and wow flavors have combined nicely. A sweet tobacco note on inhale, with a well rounded spicy tobacco on exhale. I can’t put this stuff down.
TH: Enough TH for me at 12mg, still smooth and you can feel slight TH on inhale. Truly a joy to vape.
Vapor: Vapor production is very good for a juice with 70/30 pg/vg mix.
Price point: BWB has excellent pricing on all their juices at $.55/ml and shipping is good at around $3.15. Processing and shipping is quick.
Overall: After letting the juice steep for a week, this juice is just getting better. I really like what it has become since I received it. Flavors have melded together and overall a very satisfying vape. Good tobacco sweetness with a little spiciness at the end. It is unfortunate though that this is the first and last bottle I will have because due to supply issues the juice will be discontinued.
So ladies and gentlemen that’s what I have vaped the last month or so. I now have a daily vape with Goodejuice’s 555, and Backwoodsbrew’s RY4 and Torque 56. I have a backup with Pinkspot’s Outlaw 555 when in a pinch. Unfortunately I'll need to find a replacement for the BWB RY4 since it wil be discontinued. I do like Goodejuice's GJ4, but it gunks up your carto/CE2 quickly.
Next up for review is Hella Vapor’s Big Sky, Icy Lemon Drops and Dragons Breath. As well as Highbrow’s RY4, and French Pipe tobaccos. On order are BWB Casblanca and 555 Exotic.
