Interestingly enough, they kept referring to the brand as "51", not "Smoke 51" as I know it. They must have dropped the "Smoke" part, which is probably best.
Excellent journalism. First report that I have seen that appears to have done their homework. Although, the American Lung Association HR was a dufus.
One thing that we all should keep in mind though is just because you "theoretically" can smoke anywhere legally, you shouldn't. Not, at least, until e-cigarettes are more well known and understood. Some places I would never e-smoke would include inside a hospital, theaters (at least while seated), children/family events (like sporting events, recitals, plays, etc), my desk at work (unless the boss is gone
) and restaurants. I was always a respectful smoker, and I will continue to be a respectful vapor-er (?!).

I've been smoking 40 years, anywhere from 1-2 packs per day over that period (1 pack per day the past few years) and I'm pretty optimistic that the e-cig may be the answer for me to quit inhaling all that poisonous stuff I've been smoking in cigarettes. I've tried several other things, but this is the most "fun" I've had while trying to quit.
