on Day 5 of my "Pilot" and Absolutley love this monster device! It has great vapor production and has a battery life to back it up! The first hit to the last hit is the same which is never the case with any other of the models that I do have. Plus this Puresmoker Pilot is smaller than the mini in lenghth and diameter and really just blows it out of the water. A must for any e-cig owner.

I have noticed if you don't drip directly onto the bridge that it does tend to leak through the bottom part of the atomizer onto the battery. Just a heads up for those dripping on the Pilot or any 401

Never did that to me. I drip in to the hole under the bridge..1 drop each side. When I do drip mis on the top of the bridge it dose roll down the side.. When I drip it it sucks the juice rite in..

Curious to know if anyone has an updated list of alternate "name brand" models the M401 is compatible with.

We are the original Manufacturer of all Mseries products. We are aware of many imitation products being sold in the market.
The quality and prices of these knock offs are very low and should not be compared to the real ones. Please contact us for any further information.
Thank you very much.

As I have dealt with Steve from Puresmoker multiple times and they are pretty good I admit but When you write a review of your own product, it is a conflict of interest and may also be a bit biased, don't you think?

Harry | I'm pretty sure that Steve hadn't even started PS back when that post/review was made. At that time he was just another end user.

Also thank you for the post of the link for the youtube video of not breaking an M atty by mistake of twisting the inner section (the part usually covered by the cartridge)
I have actually made this mistake and broke one of my atty's due to the same reason of the YT Video.
Thanks and Happy Vaping to ALL!!!

Hi Firhil,
He says quote "YouTube - Atomizer damage prevention
A must watch for any PureSmoker pilot owner"
Which means the Pilot "which is Pure Smokers Name for the M" was and is used at the time.
Happy Vaping!

I do myself own a M-401 and I believe it is a GREAT e-cig also so I am not saying it is bad I loved my M until the USB charger broke on me and I was left stuck with all dead battery's.
So luckily I had my DSE-901b as backup or I would be back to analogs.

Ahh..I just checked the profile of the user..It wasn't Steve.
Daniel(PS PureSmokerRep) was just an end-user when he made the post/review. Since he later became a PS rep, he probably asked a mod to change his name to such...and all his pre-PS affiliation posts reflect that.

Another new about the M is that it is not activated by pressure meaning when someone takes a puff.
It is activated by sound. That makes it more durable because the old style battery's with the pressure activated switch's are not as durable.
the con about the noise activated battery is that if you have it in your pocket and it is rattling around it will go off but the cut-off will help prevent it from staying on.
I hope this info helps some of you e-ciggers.

Harry | Just order a new one next time you buy...can't have all that M40x stuff going to waste. I still use mine occasionally

Yup Firhill you are right, I just ordered a usb charger for it so I can finally use it again!
But I think it is another one of those kits that will be stored in the drawer as a backup unit because I am in LOVE with my 510 at the moment =)
