You may post your comments and questions in this thread now!

I'm opening this thread because there seems to be confusion in the Co-Ops about how to respond to the verification form, where to send payment, how to check if you've been verified, etc...

All of this information is IN the verification e-mail itself, but I'm going to put all of the confirmations in here so people can more easily confirm that their order has been recorded, verified and paid.

The Co-Op threads are getting messy from posts being added after the batch lists....so I'm going to list all of them HERE instead and link this thread in the Co-Ops.

First off....

This is an example of how everyone's response should appear when your reply to the verification e-mail:

(2) 18650BS = $43.86
(2) 18350BR = $43.86
(8) CGR 18650 = $29.44
(8) IMR 18650 = $23.60
(8) IMR 18350 = $23.60
--------------------------------------
Parts total = $164.36
Warranty total = $8.80
Wire transfer fee = $1.00
Large PM Box w/delivery confirmation = $15.45
******************************************
Order total = $189.61
******************************************
Ship to:
(Vapeatron member name)
(Full Name)
(Full Mailing Address)
(Special Needs or Notes)

I'll be editing the verification form to explain this process more easily, as I may have caused some of the confusion.

When you reply to the verification e-mail, you only need to choose the colors and fill in your name and address (highlighted in bold)....or make changes to the prices if you've caught an error.....so I can compare your calculations with mine in the original e-mail.

The easiest way to complete the form is just to copy the order that I have on record for you. Then paste it into your reply and then fill in your color choices, your member name, your full name, your address and any special needs...as shown above.

You don't have to highlight them in bold in your response, just make sure that you "reply" to the original e-mail and don't compose a new message. And please don't send me multiple replies with broken up information. I need your verification reply in 1 e-mail so as to show both my e-mail and yours for comparison.

Everyone's totals are different, so the above example may or may not be the exact total for you.

Here's the current list of batch purchase order verifications that have already been sent. If you are not on any of these batch lists yet, it only means that I haven't sent yours yet. There is nearly 100 people in these coops and everyone's order is different, so please be patient. I'll get to your order as soon as I'm able and have thoroughly checked that your order and costs are accurate.

Interesting new additions to USPS Priority Mail:

Check it out, it's a DVD Priority Mail box.

They've even got shoe boxes now.

Or how about a durable bubble mailer?

Everything is free and can be ordered online and shipped to your home, even if you don't own a business!

But don't try to mail them unless it's going Priority otherwise they'll send it back to you!

Back before they got wise to those who abused their system, people would turn the priority mail boxes inside out and assemble them to hide the priority printing and use it to send first class mail without having to buy a box or scrounge up the perfect size for your needs.

But they caught onto that lil' trick and started printing "Priority Mail" on the inside as well.

(Yeah, I know....I'm easily entertained. The joys of once owning a business!)

GOOD NEWS...

A Vapeatron supplier just verified that our new invoice is valid.

I wanted to be sure so I asked a "local" if he'd mind confirming the wire transfer information for validity...

WE'RE GO TO GO!!

THANKS MIKE!!

Okay, the last payment arrived yesterday.

There's no bank account yet attached to the Paypal account nor has any postal money orders been cashed or deposited yet, for safety reasons and just in case something went wrong with the Co-Op.

So at this point, your money cannot be moved, used, transferred, re-deposited or stolen and can only be reversed as in the case of "drop-out" refunds or mailed back to you.

This was a precaution that I took since I'm handling your money and not my own.

I will be opening a new non-profit bank account with a local bank today (Friday) and depositing the MO's and prepping the transfer of L-Rider's payment (via wire transfer & paying the transfer fees) the same day that the bank account is attached to the Paypal account. Probably mid next week....

Once L-Rider confirms receipt of the payment, I'll be getting an ETA on manufacturing times and shipment dispatch.

Once that's been posted, I'll be paying the battery manufacturer and the battery distributor, confirming receipt and posting ETA on order filling and shipment times.

I was just informed early this morning that China has a 5-day holiday next week, so the payment won't be sent until 2nd week of May.

Hey Shek, are you sure it is a 5 day holiday for China? I know that Health Cabin starts shipping again tomorrow. They only took two days for May Day.

One more question for you, Shek. Will we be getting these since they seemed to have been released?
http://shopvaporvault.com/index.php?...38b8bc1320410e

I know that you had mentioned early on that it would not be these but since they have been released I was just wondering

As far as I know, my contacts are on a 5 day holiday.

If they come back early....great! They'll let me know when they've returned.

I dunno, these numbers are very unstable....

1.5 Version Reviews

According to threads on Google (Lavatube 1.5) these are defective units and are being sent back (recall).

So I'll be making damn sure they're NOT version 1.5

Thanks for letting me know, SG!

The version that's due to be released in August is NOT version 1.5....never was.

This looks a lot like a beta testing and/or prototype release, which clearly failed miserably.

The new chrome model is version 2.0 and is called the Lambo.

But we are getting version 1.0, which comes in 3 colors.

Okay good. Does not matter to me as long as my 2.0 DCs will work and DHs Epower DCCs. That is all that matters to me

I am in no hurry. I just happened to see HC post that and thought I would pass it along.

Just letting everybody know, the funds to pay L-Rider are on the way to the bank for wire transfer and should arrive there in the next 2-3 days.

I will be paying L-Rider first and verifying receipt of payment before I start paying for the batteries.
