Looking for cigar atties

Anyone know where I can get a cigar (DSE701 or RN4082(I think) atty without the tube?
I want to do some terminal experiments at 4.2V and higher, but $25 is a bit STEEP!

They actually look like 801 atties, but my luck with those was worse than 510s...

Never seen anything offered other than the tube. Everything is crammed down inside.
Hope they have improved them since the ones I bought way back when. I had so many that I used the batteries in the first T.P. mods I made back in 09.
