| So far the only things I have noticed are a lacking of coughing fits & breathing does not seems to be as heavy.
I just feel better all round, I don't know if it's in my head or not.
I'm sure as more time goes by, I will notice more things, but for now thats about it. |

| I don't have that annoying cough anymore that I had when smoking analogs.
And so far, I haven't noticed any negative reactions to the e-Cig at all. |

| I didn't feel well today, and I was sure hoping it wasn't because of vaping (I've only been doing full time for a few days). But I think it was just the common side effect of not smoking anymore, "Blood sugar plummets in many people when they first quit smoking. The most common side effects felt during the first three days can often be traced back to blood sugar issues" |

| I regret to say, I still smoke analogs Going on 15+ years and probably over that time averaged about a pack a day. However, only been esmoking for less than a week. My intentions was to use the ecig to replace an actual cigarette during my daily routine. So far, I have replaced 2 instances where I would normally smoke analogs Over time, I hope to fully stop smoking analogs. But anyway... that is off topic.
What I WOULD like to see as a side affect once I do switch full time is getting rid of having to clear my throat all the time. (Always feel like there is flem stuck)... very annoying.
Sounds like most have had positive side affects, so congrats to all that have make the switch!

| I have had alot of positive side affects like yal have listed. But I am Bipolar. Was on a depressed side for almost 2 years. Since smoking these (36mg) I feel manic and irritable. Might just be the mg. Gonna play with doses later. |

| Well I can actully work out without having to catch my breath. And I no longer get headaches as much as I used to with analogs. And best of all I don't wake up coughing up mucas anymore, (sry to get into detail lol...) So basically E-puffin has completely changed my life for the better. |

| I've noticed since I started vaping on January 16, 2009 the following: - Less Coughing
- Less Throat Clearing
- Acne Breakouts - now they are less frequent
- Tip of the tongue became sensitive like it was burned with hot soup - that doesn't happen that much anymore - I move my tongue out of the way when I vape. I think they called that tongue-bite - although it could be the pan-microwave pizzas I was eating... Sometimes that tomato sauce burns!
- I get a more restful sleep
- I don't stink like an ashtray
- I don't get winded as easily
- Chapped lips - I'm drinking more water and less Mountain Dew :-)
I think that's it... |

| No coughing, throat clearing, no stink! I spend more time with my family since I don't hang outside by myself smoking all the time(I didn't smoke in the house). It has still been an adjustment, but is the only thing that has worked for me to quit smoking.. i have tried everything..welbutrin, chantix, cold turkey, pregnancy ...nothing else works for good and I really feel this is it. I'm down to using 0 nicotine everyday and low when hanging with smoker friends! yea!!!! Jen |

| 2 weeks for me. I haven't noticed being able to smell or taste better, but my nose is always constricted anyway.
What I HAVE noticed is that I have a ton more energy now. When I wake up I feel much more alert than I used to and have much more energy throughout the day and night. Also, get winded less. Started using the stairs more instead of the elevator. |

| At six weeks into this I don't have to clear my throat as often but it's my wife that has had the most positive effects. This lady (love her) is allergic to 1000's of things. Every night at bed time she would have to take a couple hits from her Primatene inhaler. Haven't had to buy another one since she gave up cigarettes (for the e-cig). |

| I am a true e-cig vapor believer, I have not had a real cig in about 2 months.
The only thing that I have noticed is that my teeth are more susceptible to hot and cold. I have to slowly introduce the hot or cold drink before I can drink away. Does anyone else have this tooth sensation or is it just me?
Thanks,
Mick |

| Tooth sensitivity is a new one. (mine are plastic).
Do you think you are biting down on the ecig, maybe even unconsciously?
Wouldn't a soft cushiony tip be neat?
I don't think the juice would be the cause. There have been some reports of odd sensitivities to Propylene Glycol. Outside chance there. Have you tried VG based juice?
I'm not trying to give medical advise, but any new symptom you experience should be considered a "symptom" of something. Look into it, don't ignore it.
Anyone with serious symptoms of anything, should really quit whatever is causing or contributing to the condition. E-cigs (with Nicotine in the juice) are not recommended for anyone with several types of medical conditions. If worried, check with your health care professional. They should be smart enough to evaluate whether the e-cig is OK for you. They should not be influenced by any political bias about the e-cig.
