I know its not a new month but I got another question...I tend to just order once a month I vape about 60ml a month so I just order 2 30 ml bottles and I'm set...when I first crack open a bottle I get great flavor but I've been noticing that when I get to the halfway mark and below there's almost no flavor at all, at first I thought this was because I'm just getting used to the flavor and going "numb" to it except this month I ordered 2 bottles of dragon fruit flavor "thank you Tek for the idea...new favorite flavor" and the same thing halfway through my first bottle the flavor was gone and I was just vaping barely flavored vapor and then I got into the second bottle and bam! flavor! so somehow I am using up all the flavor in the top of the bottle and not getting it in the bottom of the bottle...so the question I have is should I shake up my liquid everytime I take from it? or is this from poor mixing by the supplier and I should just mix it really well when I first get them? I'm lazy and like doing this the smart way and not the hard way so as always advice is appreciated

Goaro, you should shake the bottle a little before every refill. Don't go crazy. About as much as you'd shake a beer or coke before you hand it to your brother-in-law.

Bikes makes a good point.
It's possible for the flavoring and base to separate when they're left undisturbed.
That could account for part of the problem.
It's very noticeable with TPA caramel candy.
After sitting for a while you'll get two layers in the bottle, one golden and clear with a certain flavor, one darker and cloudy with a different flavor.
Perhaps you are pouring off the main flavoring component with the first half of the bottle.

Other possible causes are, yes, your tastebuds are becoming dull to the same repeated flavoring over and over, and/or that some volitile oils in the flavoring are evaporating everytime you open the bottle, and/or there are chemical reactions going on behind the scenes (steeping) that are changing the flavor profile over time.

Too many varibles, not enough data.
Maybe it'd be best to use smaller portions, or change up your flavorings more often.
Keep your tongue always guessing I say.

I switch between at least 2 different flavors daily to avoid taste numbness.

And I shake the bottle before each use out of habit.

Same.

I've noticed when I stick to 1 flavor for even a day, it becomes "boring" in taste. Switch it up, and it's like a brand new flavor each time.

I find some flavors do it to me faster than others. Vanilla seems to go tasteless on me after using it for two weeks straight. I rotate out flavors every 30-60 days. Been vaping marl flavor for little over the 60 and it still tastes great to me. it really seems to vary from person to person in our observation.

I tried a flavor today I haven't used for about 2 months (and the bootle is about a year old) and the flavor has changed quite a bit. It's OK but nowhere near what it was.

Who's juice are you using?

Since starting to mix my own juice, the problem has disappeared. Make up 60ml minus the flavoring. Nic base, PG, VG, but no flavor. Most of my flavors I mix at 10 %. Measure 5ml of base into small bottle, then add 1/2 ml of flavor. Quick easy fix for me. Usually shake bottle before using.

Boy, does that make me feel guilty. You and Ry4 suggested VaporRenu Honey Nut Tobacco and I've been on it almost all the time for 4 months now. Still love it. Haven't had any of the clogging problems that you guys had either. Had the same problem as Le Cig with vanilla. Tried 3 different sources and they all petered out quickly.

yeah...I guess its just that I'm vaping the same flavor too much and I just got numb to that tast...a co-worker of mine who mainly smokes annalogs likes to try the different flavors I get and when the flavor I got currently seems to have no flavor to me I asked her if she could still tast it and she had the full flavor like it was when i first got the juice...so yeah its me not the juice I guess *sadface* though I suppose its true with everything if you tast it too much you just get used to it and it goes away as normal...I tried to smoke an annalog "forgot my ego at home" got 2 puffs down and couldn't take the tast any more, so if I can get used to that flavor i can get used to anything I guess...only solution I can come up with is a larger veriety

Would that were the case. I was at a convenience store in NH and they had a sale on Camels, so I put my coffee cup on the counter and when the clerk asked, "Anything else?" I looked over and said..."no...just the coffee...."

It took some will power.....

I didn't have a tough week, but I was jumping between Mass, VT and NH all week, and that pack of Camels sure looked good! Good thing I added extra nic before leaving this morning!

Oh, no...I like tobacco....I like the way it smells when you exhale it....it's getting tough again to walk by the cig displays and not say, "Gimme a packa.....", especially when in NH and VT you can get the Canadaians for less than a pack of Camels in Mass.

But, I did resist lighting one up at practice yesterday, where I usually smoke, especially while having a couple beers to boot. Nothing goes better with a beer than a RYO made with Rave tobacco!

That said, the place where we practice is kind of a "man cave", and the guy who owns the house smokes a LOT, and one of his friends comes to hear us play, and HE smokes like a chimney, and when I got home I had to take my hoodie off and hang it outside because it SMELLED so BAD!!!!!!!!!

And, his wife was talking about e cigs, and the conv store across the street sells them.

I told her I'd hook her up for a lot less, but she's tried this. Her sister has one. Actually, the last band I was in one of the guitar players had one and I was impressed with the flavor and the vapor. I think it's an 808 based device, and they work well, but they're $49 for 2 batts, a charger and 5 carts, and 5 carts are $10. Not bad, but the batts last about 2 hours before having to be charged again.
