| I just wanted to give a quick nod to East Mall for their Customer Service, Products, & Pricing.
I've been Vaping for about half a year now. I've ordered hardware and juice from several US based companies. Everyone has been great, but I expected as much from reviews I'd read about all of these companies. I ws so happy with everyone that I had been reluctant to look for an overseas supplier.
Then a couple of weeks ago, I bought an 801 model from a local company, and was very happy with the product minus two things. The first was the auto batteries and the second was the hard plastic tip which wasn't sealing good on the atty.
I set out looking for a manual battery solution, but none of my regular suppliers had one. I came across East Mall, and they had several options for this model. I purchased an 801 starter kit from them, which also came with the charger adapter. I ordered on a Wednesday and had it in my hand the following Wednesday, which seems great to cross the weekend and to come from China! The batteries work great AND the tips that came with the unit are much more "rubberized" and provide a perfect seal with both of my attys!!!
Unfortunately though, I did have an issue with the atty. However, I contacted East Mall's Customer service, via their online form, and within 5 minutes they'd responded and took care of my issue. DiKerry on this site was also very helpful. I had a couple of questions for her, and she was very prompt in answering them for me
I was very impressed with every aspect of East Mall, and wanted to post here, just in case some of you had the same "ifs" about using an overseas provider.
I still have several US based companies that I love dealing with too, and their prices and service are great as well, but as I said before, due to their reviews it was expected. Hopefully this review does the same for East Mall. |
