| So I did about a week and a half of internet browsing and watching youtube reviews but not a lot of forum "stalking". I decided to go with Volcano and bought the "Mt. Kilimanjaro" of there starter kits. Most of this was due to the good reviews I had seen on the Blu, but bad reviews on there customer service. Before I dove in to this beautiful smoking substitute I ordered a No.7 disposable just to try it and it does the job so I bought the started set for 60 bucks + or -. I should be receiving it any day now. Now to my surprise after joining several e-cig forums and doing more "stalking" I have found that the 510 model is all the rave. I guess hindsight is always 20/20 right. So what I have coming is the Volcano deluxe starter kit and Halo Cool juice which will hopefully replace my analog KOOLs all together. So I guess what I am asking for is a little input on either or both of these products. Any help, tips, or tricks would be greatly appreciated. I am really glad that there are people out there willing to share their experience and help others not make the same mistakes. |

| Well, I'll grade your homework.
You get a B+. You would have gotten an A if you had picked the best e-cig.
I don't have a Volcano, but I do have a DSE-084, similar I think.
Keep batteries on charge, these are small. Refill cartridges, never get close to running out of juice. Have spare parts, they are cheap, so you don't have to stress over fighting with anyone's customer service over warranty. They may or may not replace a failed part. So what, they are cheap, and until you get really good at this, it might be your fault that a part failed anyway. THe Volcano can get you off tobacco cigarettes, many like it. It's a real shame you didn't pick the "Best" e-cig though.

They also are partnered up with eliquidplanet.com and seem to be doing more to improve their sales than Blu does.

| Most of the good reviews I found on the actual product were for the Blu and in those reviews were comments on their horrible customer service and shipping. After a little more digging I found this Volcano company that had the exact same hardware (with a different logo) and fantastic customer service, which thus far seems to be true since my order was at the post office 2 hours after I placed it. So I went for it and then later seen all the rave about the 510 which is the same price, but I guess I will give the volcano a try with the Halo e-juice and keep an open mind |

Matching the BLU package with a Joye 510 would be about $80. |

The Volcano was my first ecig and although I really do like my 510s now, I have to say it was perfect for me and still serves a good purpose the 510 doesn't so well. For the money up front, you get a lot more with the Volcano as far as charging capabilities - important when you go out and have the personal charging case that truly does charge a battery 3 or 4 times at least, plus a big hole to hold an entire ecig (all parts) which the 510 PCC does NOT have, plus some holes for spare parts. The 510 is heavier, bulkier and does not hang from my mouth easily like the Volcano does...the cartridges on the Volcano are softish and you can bite softly, too (important to that expensive dental work, you know?)
Tip: On the Volcano do not use your atomizer to break the foil seal on the cartridge; use a safety pin or paper clip to push up the juice holder inside the cartridge until it's at the top. Poke-n-Peel that foil off. Then push your atomizer (connected to your batery) into the cartridge. When/if you refill with juice, push that little plastic juice holder back up to the top and ONLY fill that. It does not hold a ton of juice (neither does the 510) so ONLY fill that piece (don't drip into the whole thing with gay abandon). Always have a battery charging while you're vaping on the other. If they did not suggest you have a second atomizer, buy one. They suggested it to me in the beginning.
I find they make a good vapor and if I fill the cartridge as above, no problemo!
And remember....ALL of this stuff is made in China....

| Very good info from Saintsland. Thanks I myself am a Bears fan so football is over for me. So I can actually peel off the foil?? everything I looked at always showed to put a toothpic in the little hole to refill or something difficult like that. I do plan on using the e-juice to refill. I ordered a 30mL bottle from Halo should be here shortly after |

OK, I'll quit that now! HaHa
Yes, when you get the cartridges in, stick something in the suckhole, pushing this little almost full circle plastic juice holder up to the tip. You will see it's sealed in foil. I just poked and peeled, seriously. You don't need any of that foil. You will also see exactly where the juice goes and you don't want to put in more juice than filling that plastic "cup" up. Push your atomizer into the cartridge and you're ready to go. Voila!
