| Njoy in general has gotten a lot of good and bad reviews. They do seem to be the leader in trying to get e-cigs onto the market, so kudos to them there.
I don't know much about them. I would image most ecigs can be dripped (with the exception of the loongtotem), but another way would be to just drip the liquid onto the filter. I don't know if this is possible... I haven't seen a npro cart up close. I will look around for you though |

| Yikes! To quote a comment made to a video review at www.zomzystudio.com Quote: |
To solve the dripping issue, just remove the inner cart from a cartridge and saw off the end. Then you can drip onto the atomiser, wait for it to soak in, and then place another empty cart on. Works great for me!
| Saw off the end?... there goes your warranty |

| Actually, if you watch the video, about 6 mins in he demonstrates the dripping method. So, I would have to say this would work well for dripping. |

| I drip my NPRO all the time. I bought the NCIG for my son and have had to send back 2 atomizers already. They told me to keep it away from keys and metal and not to carry it next to my cell phone because this causes problems with the atomizer. But with the 1 year warranty, they send out another one right away. |

| I bought the NPRO Starter-Kit on Amazon pretty cheap. Dripping is the way to go with this device. I use tea bags for juice retention.
I use the NPRO in sessions, similar to when I smoked analog cigs. With three drops of juice, I can get 4-5 sessions of good vape on one battery.
I've recently purchased a USB pass-thru which is in transit to me now. My plan is to use the battery cigs for the road/car/commute and use the USB for stationary vaping.
If you're new to e-cigs, the NPRO is a great starter ... even for those who want to try dripping. Dripping will save you lot's of money.
The NPRO works well for me. I also have a Red-Dragon e-cig which I do not care for at all. But, that is for another post.

I looks like you almost encapsulate the atty element itself. Now just drip onto this media until saturated and replace that mouth piece without the white inner cartridge holder back on the ecig. Leave the tiny one in, thats under the upper end cap, it helps stop any liquid coming up into your mouth. I quit using the NPRO until I tried this. Before I might get one or two puffs out of a new cartridge then nothing. I tried everything to make it work without much luck until I did what I mentioned above. Now it's a vaping machine.

I wonder what's up with your attys. I generally hear that the NPRO/4081 attys are near bullet proof. I've been using one for over three weeks now and see others posting that theirs go for months.
I know that I have vaped mine dry a few times and flooded it other times. The carts that came with it really don't last long and that was the first issue.
I have also gotten the attys pretty hot. Hot enough that I finally opened my second kit so I could switch back and forth to keep them cooler at night when I vape constantly.
Sometimes when I drip a bit to much in or over fill a cart, I wont get any vapor at all. I learned to take the battery off and give a quick puff through the battery side. I mean really light puff too, any more will start ejecting the liquid out the back end.
This seems to clear the coil enough to start vaping clouds again.
If it's really flooded or you want to remove a juice you don't like, take the atty out completely, cover the mouth end with a tissue and blow it out longer. The tissue will catch the excess liquid. You will be surprised just how much builds up in there.
If vapor production slows and you start getting a warm dry taste, it's already time to refill. Keeping the atty from drying out is really important.
I'm assuming that if you have a NPRO, that they are sending you attys free to replace the bad ones. There is a year warranty.
One thing I had to learn about refilling my carts was that the atty sits down in the little white cup. I was thinking I was being smart and pulling the filler up to the top and puddling it on top of that. Well I was really flooding the atty badly and a few times getting juice in my mouth.
I also have now learned that the filler in the carts gets old. I have been using the same 5 carts for 3 weeks and some have even started sticking to the atty , pulling out of the cart and even coming apart. The result has been a plasticy flim taste that is hard to get rid of.
If you do use carts and they don't last long enough, you can get double carts that will last longer. I'll look up the site later.
I hope you can get along with your NPRO. If not, there is always Jimmies e-cig orphanage. It will find a good home |

| ive been smoking for almost 40 yrs and last week i bought an npro. last wednesday i stopped smoking regular cigarettes and only smoked the npro. it actually went pretty good for me until today when i ran out of cartridges. i have some problems with leaking, but its an acceptable problem considering the advantages. i was a 2 to 3 pack a day guy and quit cold turkey. i think the rating on the cartridges is over rated. its more like 10 cigarettes. the batteries dont last near as long as they say. i have already changed the battery 3 times in one day. but as i say,, it was a 2 to 3 pack a day habit.all in all, i would give npro a favorable review. i feel much better without the extra chemicals and i feel like it will be much easier to give up smoking e-cigs than regular cigarettes. they really need to bring down the price on the cartridges though. i figure im paying about 4 bucks a pack equivalent with npro. |

There are many was to lessen the cost you are having. Two things, one stop buy pre-filled carts, and find a juice you like and start refilling your carts with e-juice. E-juice comes in so many flavors it's unreal. I don't really like smoking e-juice that taste like tobacco anymore. These of my favorites are RY4 from esmokeytreats.com and Puresmoker. Peach from esmokeytreats. and a DIY praline.
One way to use the e-juice with tour Npro is to buy some Fluval from the fish store. It makes great cart filler that you cut to length and re stuff your carts or another trick is to take some of the Fluval and push it down around the atty on both sides. Then drip e-juice onto this.
I don't know you financial position but I would suggest getting a 510 with mega batteries this will be a much better set-up for you and the batts last a very long time. There are so many tips and tricks to vaping you really just need to take some time and read all the great post members have contributed to making vaping as inexpensive as possible and still get outstanding flavor and batt life. All you have to do is post any questions you have and you will get about a million people trying to help you. Forums are great!!

| I bought the 4081 as my first and since i did a small amount of research i smartly ordered extra empty carts and some bottles of e-juice . I smoked for almost 40 yrs(started at 12 yrs of age..shame on me) was smoking 3 packs a day full flavor.
Ok back to the 4081. At first the vapor was great but the longer i smoked the less vapor i got so i listened to all of your chats and bought the mega batteries for the 510 (from TW..because they had such a great special on them and rocketman and kaye twisted my arm hehe jk) and the 510 kit(from China) So you know which one came in first lmao
And the 510 wins hand down for vapor but i have to agree with someone here that the 4081 gives great taste.

| Elmer, Mick's got it exactly right: take his advice and read everything you can find on the forum. I also think the 510 is perfect for a beginner probably because that's what I started with in June after smoking for over 50 years (started snitching my dad's Camels when I was 8 and by 12, was totally hooked). When my 510 came in the mail, I was up to 2 packs a day but didn't smoke another one once I started vaping the 510. I learned about buying unflavored hi-nic juice, vegetable glycerin, Lorann's flavors, Capella Flavor Drops, bottles and droppers so I could mix my own flavored juice, I learned about manual vs. automatic batteries, battery chargers, mega batteries, cartridges, stuffing, Fluval, Pyramid Tea Bags, tulle, natural wool, dripping, dipping, mods, screwdrivers, silver bullets, spares, more spares, and always always always keep your atty wet, all on this forum. Use the search function and look up some of these terms and you'll have LOTS of useful information to cut your learning curve and save yourself a whole lot of money.
