Now that our very own davej has his new store up and running, we can order his famous recipe liquids to our heart's content! I suggest the larger size sampler pack b/c I ordered the smaller size and am already needing to order more...

I was nervous ordering. I've read so many of davej's posts that I knew he was a mixing master already, but a few of the liquids had rum flavoring, and a few had banana - neither of which are flavors I particularly care for, but I decided to try them anyway. Am so glad I did! He IS the master b/c his mixes are so smooth and you get an overall flavor instead of a heavy hit of any one ingredient.

The most important components of a liquid for me are flavor and vapor. What you call TH and mean throat hit, I translate to throat hurt (I just can't handle straight PG from some places) so I won't review the TH, but none of them hurt my throat....I was pleasantly surprised! I won't have to dumb any of these down with VG at all. Love that. All of my sampling was with the 10-12mg nic. I tried them all on Volcanos, Magmas, and my PT to see if there were any differences. They are awesome on everything, dripping into a Magma drip tip of course being my favorite way to vape.

The first sample I tried was the Bananas Foster. I was really nervous, but OMG, what a surprise. I've never had the dessert, but for me vaping it was like vaping a banana muffin fresh from the oven. Heavenly. It was perfect with my morning coffee! Flavor=Superb, Vapor=Excellent I can't believe the banana in it didn't taste like banana candy like I was expecting-it tastes like real bananas! Magic!

The second sample I tried was the Mountain Two. Wow!!! Now I know why people order this by the gallon. It is the most awesome vape and he has the flavor down to a science. I'm already almost out of my little bottle b/c I have been carrying it around in my pocket all day vaping it. Absolutely delicious. This is my new favorite vape-all-day flavor. Flavor=Outstanding! Vapor=Excellent and Beyond The more I vape it the better it gets. LOVE it!!!

Next I tried the Lava Flow, again nervous b/c of the rum. Nothing to be nervous about - it tastes like an incredibly delicious fruit salad my mom used to make for special occasions. I've never had the beverage but I love the vape! Flavor = Superb, Vapor = Excellent Note, I added drops of Mtn2 to my drip tip after vaping this and the flavor of both combined was so good I've been doing 1/1 drops of both for the last hour or so!

Dave had already warned me that his menthols were very menthol-y, so I started with the Cool Blast. A drop of this on top of my LavaFlow/Mtn2 in the drip tip is sooooo good! When I got it to just the Cool Blast, though, it was a little strong for me but still very good and very vapable when I want straight menthol flavor. I was a Menthol Lights as a smoker; this would seem like regular menthol to me. Flavor = Superb, Vapor = Excellent I still think it is especially good mixed with the LavaFlow and Mtn2!

I was expecing the Arctic Blast to be just that - an icy cold menthol blast - and it is. It isn't nasty, though, like some strong menthols can be! It is actually very tasty - just very strong. I really wish I knew how he got all his flavors to be so smooth... Flavor = Superb, Vapor = Excellent I almost always add menthol to any flavor I order that I don't love so that I can still vape it and not waste it. This will definitely be the menthol I start adding and will order more of it for that purpose. For a normal menthol vape, though, I think the Cool Blast is the strongest I can go. If you like a strong menthol, you will love the Arctic Blast.

I was unable to fairly test the Kona Caramel Cream due to an oversensitivity to the Kona but Dave has expertly described how I can make it more mild. I admit it - I'm a wuss.

My overall review of his flavors so far: all Superb. Vapor: all Excellent. Webstore design is still new and I have had several webstores so I know those always improve over time. My advice for navigating it now is to type the flavor in the search box, then change the sort button to Sort by Price Low to High, then in the left hand column choose the regular caps, not safety caps (or vice-versa). This will narrow it down so you can better find your size and nic strength without going crazy. Shipping time was normal for such a great price - no complaints. Packaging was excellent! Customer service is fast and awesome. My ONLY complaint is that I did not order enough (not his fault). I just hope he doesn't get so many orders that he can't make mine as fast as I can vape it...LOL.
