Well, I got up this Christmas morning to open my new Joye Stick and I got... NOTHING... the atomizer didn't fit and no vapor... I am so sad! I was so looking forward to using my new device!! Hopefully HealthCabin will take care of my defective product...

I know this is a stupid question, but when I did phone tech support for an equipment manufacturer, they told me the FIRST question to ask was, "Is it plugged in?"

I thought they were daft...but you wouldn't believe how many times I heard..."uh, never mind..."

Do you have another 510 you can check the atomizer with? Or a meter to make sure the battery is holding a charge?

Getting the 801 atty to fit has been an ongoing issue since the Stick was introduced.

I recall reading a "how to" on it recently. If I find it. I'll post back with the link.

JUst want to let everyone know that I contacted HealthCabin and they are sending me a new Joye Stick. Very quick response from them.
Yiiipppeee I will have a new one soon!
