I know this is a stupid question, but when I did phone tech support for an equipment manufacturer, they told me the FIRST question to ask was, "Is it plugged in?"
I thought they were daft...but you wouldn't believe how many times I heard..."uh, never mind..."
Do you have another 510 you can check the atomizer with? Or a meter to make sure the battery is holding a charge?
